Friendly staff

No hot water , water leaking from light in roof , no water pressure, renovations happening around the pool. We had to change hotels after 2 nights. We were offered a 50% refund and free accommodation for next year. we were lucky to find new accommodation , but in different locations, which split the family up. Not ideal for peak season and holiday. I'm sure they will get this hotel in good shape in the near future. Showing signs of tough times.

The staffs are very kind and friendly.

The air conditioner is so poor so that it made me cough during the whole stay. There is a lot of flower pollen on the surface of the swimming pool. You can find other restaurants in 500 m which may serve you better food at cheaper price than the breakfast at Bene hotel. The towels are so old that after you swipe your body with them, you may find some residuals of the towel on your skin. They provide only two big towel(As far as I know, most hotels provide two big towel and two normal towel).

This is a really well priced 4 star hotel. We had the family suite which is essentially two connected rooms with the main room very big, beds are super king size and both with large bathrooms that included a bath! Super clean with daily cleaning service, staff are very friendly and the pool is huge. The location is perfect for a Kuta/ Legian stay with the hotel located in a side street so it's super quiet and you don't hear any outside noise. You can walk to most things to do in the area. Nice and cold air conditioning to escape the humidity and the WiFi is good. Breakfast is well priced and sufficient.

Our room had a slight musty smell due to it not having windows (alot of rooms do have windows). The air con is quite noisy and it sounds like a pump going on and off every minute or so (bit like a septic pump). They are doing some renovations. Possibly it's due to that? This is being super picky now, the TV is a little small and while they do offer a large number of channels for multiple languages, a smart TV would be nice so you can use your own Netflix, etc.

The hotel needs a proper ferbish and renovation as it is average. I stayed in it for the night as I was landing late and in need of a place to stay before I leave early in the morning.

Everything is great

The street we were in had a couple of great warungs and the proximity to the beach was awesome - especially with young kids. The foyer area, buffet breakfast, staff were all great. The size of the family room (2 joining rooms) is enormous. The sloping pool depth was great for little kids.

The pool was high priority for us in choosing accommodating so it was disappointing that it was cloudy for the first 2 days until they finally shut it down for treatment on the third day. The edges of the pool have black residue (probably old sunscreen etc) on the tiles that comes off on your cossie, everything needs a good scrub. The pool was much better the day after but still more to be done. The WiFi doesn't work in the family room and there were no external windows so it's a bit of a bunker.

Situated near Shops,Cafes,Bars and Restaurants. the beach is very close too and they have assisted me in booking tours. Pool was also really good and very relaxing.

Breakfast can be improved and Room lightings.

Nice hotel for a good price. Clean, renovated. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about 😋
