We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this residence on the lake. The yard and dock providing more than enough recreational opportunities for our group, whether we were playing horse shoes, baseball, fishing, or swimming. The houses were extremely clean and inviting with ample room for bigger groups. All of the aforementioned amenities were satisfactory, except all the propane tanks were empty, and we were unable to utilize the outdoor cooking area. The front and back porches had not been cleaned, the air filter needed replaced and we encountered a few roaches. Those few detractors wouldn’t prevent me from returning or recommending this property to anyone. It is a great place to stay!

My family and friends had a great time at this house for the long weekend. Neighbors were very polite and talked to us just about every day. Property was very clean and maintained, the children played in the yard and swam off the boat dock every chance they got. Check in and check out directions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with property owners was great as well. Would definitely book this property again in the future.

Loved the location of the house. Perfect for family and little ones. The house had everything we needed to cook family dinners it was perfect.

Nice lot close to the water. Inside clean and comfortable with nice outdoor patio.

We stayed for a long weekend before school started. Teen girls loved having their own studio apartment and 8 year old boys loved the bunk beds. Bedding was all very soft and comfy. Found all kitchen supplies we needed. The gas grill was out of fuel but with HEB only a few minutes away we were able to solve that pretty easily. This is a busy part of the lake but overall we were happy with the accommodations.

This place was perfect for my family and friends. We would like to rent it for a week in June as soon as we get our dates together. How far in advance can we book?

Location was perfect. Plenty of space for my family. Having a boat slip and jet ski ramps was awesome. And the most well equipped kitchen I have experienced in a Rental. I always take extra pots or cooking utensils because most places are bare minimum , but nope this place has it all. We will be back.

You have plenty of room, however property is very dated. Dock was full of caked on duck poop with no water hose to reach to wash off or broom to try and scrub off. Washing machine nor dryer worked so Washing towels was a no go unless you wanted to hand wash, ring and hang dry. Restrooms had limited toilet paper and towels. Made reservations for 8 adults and 4 children, house had 7 usable towels as rest was left in broken washer. No hand soap @ any sink, not a sponge to clean dishes with and no entry instructions upon arrival called and texted for over an hour before I was able to get instructions on how to get into the property, 100 degrees outside while waiting. The light quick electric sweeper works for about 45 seconds so move quick. Overall its fair at best, for the amount spent for 4 nights I would definitely go elsewhere next time. This is my 1st review on vrbo and ive stayed in 6 other locations, 2 from surrounding area of this location so I'm really trying to be fair as we made the best of it.

Really enjoyed staying at the lake house. There was lots of space and a huge back yard. The dock was nice to have for our jet skis. The kids jumping off the top deck was a huge bonus. I’m not sure they ever took a break.

We loved this property once again. This was our second time to stay here and can't wait to go back. The property manager is easy to get ahold of and quick to fix any problems there may be.

Great place to stay for a big group. 13 of us stayed for 6 nights and had a blast. Caught a 6lb bass off the dock, a few catfish and lots of perch. The back porch is a great place to hang out when you're not on the water. The owners were easy to contact and responded right away. We had a small issue with the plumbing and they had it fixed ASAP. We'll be back next summer.

Second time staying at this property - exactly as expected and had a wonderful time. Great location and right on the water front. Split “main house” and “guest house” sequestered the older teenagers (yay). Property owner very helpful and friendly.

This was a beautiful and spacious, clean home. Great location on the water with plenty of dock space for swimming mass relaxing.! Great views and super clean. Getting in touch with owner was easy and they are great people . We will stay here again.

We had a great time at this house. Perfect setup for three generations of fun events. Beautiful yard and the kids loved the lake swings! My only suggestion is to hang curtains in both houses. The paper ones are in rough condition.

Great place to spend time with family! Something for everyone from 80 to 8, Lake LBJ and this wonderful lake house with spectacular lake front views and second deck on boat house offers room for whole family to enjoy swinging into lake below! All 14 of us had plenty of space and enjoyed the accommodations and hospitality shown by the Dickeys... we will definitely book again!

There was an Heb conveniently like five minutes away. The home is older but has been renovated and cared for. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the view for water and making s’more‘s! We needed maintenance a couple times and they responded very quickly. Overall it was a really good stay and we enjoyed ourselves. The barbecue grills in general all needed some really good cleaning I’m not sure if there was enough turn around between us and the last guest. The master bedroom bed was very firm. Those things aside it was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our time!

Well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit. Covered dock. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return in the future.
