Everything went smoothly. There's a private parking area behind the hotel, breakfast has wide selection of food, there are two restaurants on the site - a la carte and one with touristic menu. There's a possibility of having lunch and dinner in the hotel. It is located just behind the Basilica of Saint Rita. The views from the hotel of the surrounding mountains are really beautiful. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming.

Location was next to the basilica and the shops, the view from the hotel was breathtaking , the breakfast was very good and clean. The staff were very very friendly and nice

The hotel is large therefor, the rooms were a bit far from the reception area, the transportation to the area was hard because it was Sunday, busses don't work to the place on Sunday

Location is the best part of the hotel, parking lot is easy to use and helpful when you travel with old parents, breakfast included is a bonus

Elevators need maintenance (every time I stay, one of them gets broken); rooms facing the sanctuary are noisy; no AC or at least a fan in the rooms make them less comfortable during hot season.

Location wise was good - just right next to the church. Would be ideal as a retreat location with the many rooms. Breakfast was fine. Room size is okay. We could walk around the area a little and saw some nice shops. But didn't go far on foot. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. The server was very helpful - gave us explanations and made our choices easy. Food was great. We had a very good dinner.

There was no air-con which we thought was there. We had to ask for a fan and a desk fan was provided. There was no wifi service - we simply could not connect and the problem was not resolved.

The location is great. It is near the basilica of St Rita and the green mountains.

I would appreciate tea/coffee facility in the room and a small fridge.

I really liked how the staff at reception are so efficient and very helpful. I asked for the double bed to be made to 2 singles and the reception staff attended to my request straight away. The reception manager is doing a great job in training his team to be accommodating and helpful to guests. It leaves a very good impression to the guests.

The Food and Beverage breakfast staff was terrible. When I arrived at the breakfast area the staff where in the middle of the buffet talking so loud without any regard for the guests arriving in the area, as if they own the place. It is so un-professional and so vulgar to see and hear waiters talking so loudly about their personal lives. When I came to the buffet, I didn't know if it was self service because the waiter (wearing glasses) just looked at me WHILE CROSSING HIS ARMS LOOKING SO ARROGANT. So I had to ask him is self service or if I had to ask what I wanted from the buffet from him. His face and expression was so rude and un-pleasant. And if you ask him it's like he gets annoyed. Maybe he is even racist. They had to realize that people who go to Cascia are there as pilgrims and to do pilgrimage. There are no tourist spots in Cascia and the people go there for religious purposes, hence it should be appreciated. I really loved everything about Hotel delle Rose but it was the breakfast staff that ruined the experience.

This is the second time I stayed at this property. It is right next to the Basilica and easy to get to. I arrived early, but my room was ready. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there were some very noisy guests on my floor on the first night and the room was not soundproofed. I also missed the view I had last time I was here, as my room was on a lower level.

Best place for stays in Cascia!

Breakfast was not special but the dinner was excellent. The surroundings was quiet and was inductive to praying and going to the church. Hotel was next to the church which was perfect for my needs.

It was perfect for us. No complains.

Very bright and clean.
