Everything- it was beautiful

The staff went above, and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us every turn, facilities were on point, and the place is well decorated and colourful (Jorge was amazing!)

To be fair, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it! 

Room was spotless, had a/c, wonderful shower and hot water (which is not a given).

The power went out in that sector of the city for most of my third day and night. Not the hotel's fault but it was terrible.

Wonderful room and bed, great Terrance and close to restaurants and attractions.

Great overall, just as a foreigner you feel a little danger in the streets at night

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated.

The water temp never got hot.

Very comfy hotel with friendly staff (especial thanks to Diana). The rooms are big, the location is amazing and is perfect for rest in Santa Marta.

not even a bottle of water is provided . was asked to go to supermarket to buy ( at 10 pm ) . no coffee tea on premises other than at breakfast !!! Tiny pool area not cordoned off or lit . this is crazy

Beautiful hotel with excellent location. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having breakfast at the rooftop.

It was quite noisy at night.

It is very close to the downtown.

The staff is great. I had lost my credit card the last day and the host was extremely helpful and saved my trip. Also, the hotel’s architecture is stunning!

The breakfast options could be richer

the hotel is absolutely beautiful, built in harmony with the nature and features colorful modern architecture. pool in the first and the top floor is so relaxing and the massage provided at the property is super amazing. 100% recommend!!

it was pity that the turco wasn’t operating at the moment. it would have been nice to have bar service at the rooftop.

Very nice place close to the tayrona park and with access to a beach. Cool massage service to relax! Everything is a little overpriced at the restaurant. We had a misunderstanding about the taxi service but the staff in the end was very kind and honest so I would recommend this hotel to others.

Room is clean and large Locaded in the historical center

The pool is very small ,it is not a resort . I would prefer a resort outside the city center.

everything was amazing, comfy bed and pillows. decor was great with amazing views from the terrace, it really was 10/10. the only negative thing to say about was the breakfast - wasn’t many options

The property and room were very clean. The breakfast was very good because it allowed you to order a la carte rather than it being a breakfast buffet like you find at many hotels, and the location was very good as it was within 2 blocks of the restaurants and bars.

The lighting in the bathroom area of the room was definitely not conducive for any woman who likes to put on makeup. It was the same lighting throughout the whole room with no extra light in the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was a bit hard. Also, when I asked for a new towel on my third night there, I was told they ran out of towels.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. I really like the pools. They are small but fun, breakfast was good (even their fake juice was delicious) Good size room with very high ceilings made the room more spacious.

It could be great if there was a drinking water service. We arrived late, and we were so tired but when I asked bottle of water, they could not provide it.

The hotel in places, it pretty, though not as pretty as the photos would imply.

I was robbed outside of this hotel. Is that really the hotel's fault? No. However, I was offered no real support and very bad advice. One of the robbers followed me to the hotel. He stayed at the locked entrance way, and I entered and informed the staff that this man was robbing me. I went to my room, but was informed the man had come back to talk to me. I decided to talk to the man, hoping that the hotel would be calling the police immediately, taking photos of this man, etc. Instead, when I exited my room, I found out the robber was allowed past the locked gate and was in the lounge. I was so scared to talk to him, but I did hoping the hotel would get the police on scene before the robber left. That didn't happen. I needed help knowing how to get back to the airport, I was hoping for any help at all, but the staff was very young, and indifferent. The staff always said that they would have to wait to talk to the hotel owner to tell me what to do. After the hotel owner did not respond, I began to complain more. I knew the robbers knew where I was and wanted help to get out of town. I had no money and no phone. When the hotel owner did talk to me, he was no help. Later, he called to police officers to accompany him as he very specifically warned me about writing a bad review for his hotel. I stopped going out when a man on the street approached me and offered to sell me the address of the robber. I finally got some money wired to me, and checked out early. A promise of a refund was made to me, some papers were signed, but booking has informed me that they can't get the hotel to respond to requests. I even left early after the robber was allowed into the hotel. I asked the hotel owner for advice about safety, he said I was safe and robberies don't happen there. Covering up the dangers of this area was far more important to the hotel than my safety. Bookings, if you doubt me State Department and Fed. Police numbers are available.

very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, proper breakfast.

property was very well distributed….liked the pools and showers.
