Well.. That was our third stay in the apartment of Zvonimir. We just love(d) this place.. We like EVERYTHING about it.. Zvonimir ist a GREAT HOST. MANY THANKS for everything, dear Zvonimir.

The owner was there to meet us and was exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The outside terrace had a view of the sea and was very spacious. It was where we spent a lot of our time. Sunset Beach was within walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach itself was stony but not too bad.The owner was very friendly and worked non stop to make sure that everything outside was in good order. He also made sure we had enough clean towels. He is an excellent host, very generous and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thoroughly recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment. Is good quality for good price. Room is nice and clean. Nice beach is very close. View from main terrace is stunning. We could use it any time we wanted. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.

We have liked everything about our stay during the few nights in Dubrovnik. Common area has gorgeous views, everything was clean and cozy and our tiny apartment had everything we could possibly need. Zvonimir is a great host! We even started to like the steps that lead to the studio :)

Amazing host; we were welcomed with home-made drinks and maps of Dubrovnik. We felt at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped: kettle, pans, mugs, plates and all cutlery and utensils you might need. The (shared) terrace has a great view of the bay. The old town is a 40 minute walk or a bus ride (didn't try) away).

The room is not very spacious, but we did not mind at all, as we spent most of our time on the shared but very quiet balcony.
