Very enjoyable stay in an exceptionally comfortable unit at a fabulous location. It was walking distance to everything I needed including the ocean pool, great walking trails and eating establishments. The heated pool in the grounds was wonderful. The people running the complex were outstandingly helpful and nice. I had no special requests but I felt any reasonable request from me wouldn't have been any trouble for them. Thank you.

Everything was great, the only thing I could comment on unfavourably was the cigarette smoke from other units, which I realise is out of the control of the vendors. The ocean view from my unit with the accompanying sea breeze was glorious, but I often had to shut the balcony door. As someone who went away for a few days after recovering from illness, this was a bit disappointing.

state of apartment, in need of repairs, needs a thorough clean. Mentioned this to manager for his future info and he sent a handyman during our stay which wasn't good

The location is directly opposite Kings Beach and we enjoyed walking there everyday for a swim then returning to the sparkling pool for a dip. The cleaner was very lovely and checked us in as Mark was away for the day. Both herself and Mark were personable and helpful throughout our stay.

Some of the dishes weren’t cleaned by previous visitors but not the cleaners fault as the checkout instructions clearly state all dishes and utensils used are to be cleaned prior to checkout.

unit 22 is furnished very poorly. electric frypan & other pans badly damaged unusable. very basic toaster & rusty electric jug -bed pillows smelt sweaty as did mattress & duvet cover badly stained & grimy! sofas vinyl peeling & the other furniture is old & mismatched. too many cockroaches skittering around- but worst of all was the neighbours constant smoking on balcony- you couldn’t open a window/door nor sit outside without those fumes filling the air! wanted to smell the sea air not that! the room I was very dirty-moved a sofa & it hadn’t been moved for years! so much crap under it. we bought new pillows & duvet inner to use for our stay. so sad as it was our first holiday in over 8 years!

A wonderful location less than a minute from the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy. Awesome pool to swim in that was kept nice and clean, with a well organised BBQ area that was well shared within the community. Cars were kept safe overnight in a locked car park. Everything easy was within walking distance. The manager shared plenty of knowledge about the area, giving suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Lovely little spot for a fantastic price, would definitely return.

Our room needs some renovation, as the electricals were a bit funky. When plugging charging cables into walls, some of them sparked despite being turned off. Some controllers didn't work and air cons were particular when turning on and off. Some lights didn't turn on via the switch, others took more than a minute to switch on. Car park is very narrow to get into, and hard to get out of, especially with our big car. Would recommend a smaller car if parking inside, but we managed for the week.

Beautiful place would like to come back again soon I really enjoyed the ocean view very relaxing place.
