Room and Breakfast were as expected.

We've stayed here a few times now over the years and always had a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect for us, it's easy to find and there is nearby parking if you don't use the hotel parking. The staff have always been friendly & helpful, the rooms are clean & comfortable with a large bathroom, good showers and spacious. It's great to have a little kitchen area for convenience. Overall great value for money, would choose to stay again, recommended.

We were traveling with our baby. Our stay was good. A very nice aparthotel. Staffs are good and very helpful.

Cleanliness and breakfast was good. The entrance and lobby was great with a library.
No air conditioner in the facility, so in summer time i had to open the window at night which caused the noise in the room from outside.

The day already started well as we were received by a friendly staff who didn't mind speaking English. The room was on the top floor, and there was little to no noise coming in from the outside. There was plenty of space in the bathroom with basic needs, and the kitchen was moderny equipped. I was also able to reserve a parking space in a closed area from the hotel, which was very easy to do via chat.

Corridors at room levels are dark en a bit musty.

Nice hotel. Big shopping mall nearby. Kitchen in the room is very nice. Parking in the street free from 19:00 to 09:00.

We've stayed here a few times and as always we found it very comfortable & friendly, I was hesitant staying anywhere during Covid but everything in the hotel was fine. The staff at the reception when we arrived were very welcoming & friendly, we were given all the information we needed. The wifi is excellent, the bed comfortable and the shower very good. Would always stay here when we need to stay in Le Havre. Recommended.

Check-in with key drop even though we arrived late without notice.
Rooms showed a lot of wear. Stained carpet, dirty grouting, mold in shower. Strong smell of cleaning liquids.
