there was construction ongoing commissioned by the guesthouse during our stay. as a consequence, at 7 am we were woken up by workers walking on scaffolding erected outside the third story window of our rented room. I was very surprised not to be informed about this situation, because I had written in advance of my stay to double check that the room was quiet. i explicitly stated I needed a quiet room( and spoke to domestic the hotel by phone), but they did not inform me that there was active construction work n being done at the hotel in their reply. had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. I am quite surprised be charged full price for that evening.

Best location in Rheinsberg. Palace, Park, Shops, Bus Stop in front of the door. Rustic, comfy rooms, good beds. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

As it is an old building the accomodation has limited accessibility.

Comfortable place to stay right next to Rheinsberg Palace. Good Breakfast.

Access to the rooms is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
