The team was extremely helpful and nice. We got an upgrade, they helped us to rent a car and gave us multiple tips about the island as it was our first time.

The room that was given to us was dirty. The hotel rooms look nothing like what is advertised online. The furniture is very old and dirty. I booked into Asty hotel which was down the road because I couldn’t spend my honeymoon in such a place. I’m so disappointed! i wouldn’t recommend Livin to anyone!

The neighbouring property has an issue with its sewerage and it meant that we couldn’t open up any windows otherwise the room had a nasty smell.

Loved this stay at Livin. The room was really nice, bed was comfy and we had a nice terrace. The hotel has a cool boutique vibe and nice details. The location is perfect if you like a relaxed area (between airport and Mykonos town). Most times, you can walk to the city in 15 min and access all restaurants and dining experiences in town. From there you can also take a bus at Fabrika or walk to the Old Port in 20 min. From those, you can reach most popular beaches in Mykonos. If you move around by taxi, the cost is usually 10 euros and self organised or you can rent scooters or cars from nearby services. The breakfast was rich and facilities were really cool, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, both for spending a relaxing day and also enjoying a drink from the bar. We really loved our stay!

One evening there was a bit of noise coming from other guests. This is understandable, Mykonos can have a lot of party people, but this hotel was still pretty quiet overall in my opinion, so it wasn't a big issue. In addition, walking to the city in 15 min can be nice, but if you are tired of walking, consider taking a taxi or renting a car / scooter. From the city it's 5 min drive, and you have more freedom to go to anywhere in Mykonos.

the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. so friendly good breakfast and the chef was able to provide gluten free options for me. great it’s adult only. just chill by the pool. far enough out of the craziness of Mykonos that it’s quiet.

The sofa bed is not a pull out sofa bed. just a trundle. 30 euros airport transfer is a rip off. it’s 1 mile. taxi was 15 euro the walk to town is hectic but all the roads are hectic so it won’t matter where you stay

There are lots of lovely boutique hotels to choose from in Mykonos. I decided on this one and very pleased I did. Good location from Mykonos town …a 10 min walk or 3 mins on an ATV …a lovely pool area with a bar nice rooms and a great breakfast. What made this place stand out was the team here . All amazingly friendly and helpful and Yiannis in particular went above and beyond to help organise a birthday cake as a small surprise on our first night there….and generously included a free bottle of Prosecco too!! This is what makes a hotel standout from the crowd of boutique hotels you can choose from in Mykonos!!

Staff are fantastic here, really friendly & go out of their way to welcome guests. Anna & Maria at breakfast/ bar were exceptional! As a repeat customer, I would return here for the staff & service

Breakfast selection & presentation could be improved. Stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions since it opened (I think in 2016), but the hotel needs investment. The interiors are a little tired & there are some maintenance issues (pool toilets, pool furniture, bedrooms).

Loved the pool and bar area! We were upgraded to a lovely room and had an exceptional room with a beautiful sea view!! The breakfast was delicious and cocktails amazing!! The service was incredible from Vagelis, Maria, Adrien, and Anna and they were always there to help whenever we needed! Would definitely come back!

It is a small boutique hotel which makes it have a “familiar” feel. All the staff become close to you and make sure you have an amazing stay. The pool has salt water which we loved! And you can see the beautiful sunset from there.

Vangelis is fantastic and wants to go out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is beautiful and the location is good.

The property needs some maintenance and has become a little run down. If it wasn’t for Vangelis going out of his way I would have been more frustrated than I am but Vangelis really did make my stay so enjoyable.

Great localisation Gréât personnel, very smiling, helpful and welcoming! Don’t hesitate to ask them everything ;) Perfect wifi, pool and rooms (big, clean, design)

Just a little outside of downtown Mykonos, just perfect to enjoy the calm. Very friendly staff. Big thanks to Vangelis who arranged a late checkout because our flight was late in the evening.
