Die Lage, Parkplatz im Hof und ein unkomplizierter Check in außerhalb der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten
Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil wir einen kleinen Hund haben und der in diesem Hotel auch erlaubt ist. Das war kein Problem, jedoch zum Frühstück wurden wir nicht in den Frühstücksraum zugelassen, obwohl dort bei respektable Größe nur ein einziger Tisch besetzt war! Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht.
Das Personal war allerdings schnell behilflich und hat uns das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer serviert – hat uns natürlich versöhnt, aber das mit dem Frühstücksraum hätte man vorher wissen müssen

The staff was very helpful. I asked them to put an iron for clothes at my room and they were efficient on short notice. Prompt on their communications in general. thank you!

Simple, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast fully meets expectations.
If you're on the wrong side of the building, the street noise is difficult beginning at 6 in the morning when the church chimes and deliveries start.

The hotel is on the historic area with lots of restaurants and shops and sites to visit. The room was very large but sparsely furnished. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous. The place was so quiet that I thought that Iwas alone in the building.
The lighting in the bathroom was rather dim.

The breakfast offers everything you need in the morning and is prepared in a lovely way.
The location in the middle of the city is great but the parking space in the back and front of the hotel is limited and it might be difficult to find a parking space near by.
Some rooms have a small shower cabin.

Very comfortable modern room with luxurious bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Big windows which opened and provided nice fresh air. Very quiet despite overlooking the street. Amazing location 10 meters from the Obermarkt right in the historic centre of oldtown Freiberg. Incredible full hot breakfast buffet with great selection of meats and cheeses plus eggs/bacon. Very friendly staff.
Reduced staffing for Corona meant a confusing arrival around 7pm in the rain with a baby stuck outside with an intercom trying to connect, but once inside the procedure for getting our key was very straightforward. Wifi kept disconnecting so we switched to our own 4G data plans which worked better/faster.
