Room good for dogs

Hotel was booked out for private party no facilities

Spotless room, clean bathroom, the basic facilities, comfortable, but exactly what we needed for a one night stay in the centre of Cardigan town centre!

the rooms were clean and well presented

we were supposed to be on the second floor, we’re disabled and to get to the second floor meant going up 3 flights of very steep, poorly lit, narrow stairs, which moved with weight on them. we were placed at the back of the hotel as there was a very loud nightclub under the hotel. but they failed to mention that the beer garden was under our window and between 10pm to 2am it was loud, it was noisy and the room vibrated from loudness of the music. there were also no staff available to speak to during the night about the past 2am noise continuing. There is no parking at the hotel and absolutely no parking in the town for more than a couple of hours. limited disabled parking nearly a quarter of a mile from the hotel. we won’t be visiting cardigan again as felt it’s not a place where they want people to visit. really disappointed

The room was a good size, as was the bed. It was clean and bright.

The heating went off early evening, but on reporting this to the manager, it was soon sorted.

No breakfast. Will return bottle opener soon as we can.

Room freezing no heating

I thought that the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great that I could also bring my dog and the price was very reasonable.

As above. Would have been good if hotel were serving breakfast

Easy fuss free Hotel. Nice bar and communal areas. Good location. Free car park nearby....

Good central location.

I’m making an allowance as the hotel is being renovated but very basic room, quite small. The en suite was ok though. We will not stay here again until it has been fully renovated and have a breakfast offering

Everything , it was way more than we expected , and we shall definitely be back, found our go to when visiting the father in law 🎉🎉🎉 , bar area was superb after recently re-opening , nothing was too much trouble for the staff . Room was, lovely . Clean , great view lovely shower amazing 🤩

All very clean and recently refurbished.

just a shame that the bar was quiet but some people may prefer that. we would prefer a bit more atmosphere
