Comfortable environment and available all the facilities

There was a little smell when you enter and for paying tax there isn't a easy way to pay and it is complicated.

Self check-in and check-out process was good.

Room size was too small. There were insects in room. Kitchen was too small. It was not possible to cook anything. Pillows were so much uncomfortable. I haven't seen such pillows anywhere. They haven't provided basic toiletry in washroom. Location is also not good. It's not near the main station of Lucerne. It takes half an hour from the apartment to main Lucerne for all the sight seeings and further journeys. There is much traveling in Switzerland and this location add extra half an hour.

Too much unnecessary info for check-in and not everything clear. TV doesn’t connected.

The cleanliness was fine and value was okay.

Communication with the staff was more than complicated. We did not receive the initial mails and the staff kept telling us the system shows that we have received it. She finnaly kept helping us find the correct adress but that was an unnecessary ordeal and not customer friendly at all. But then again this happens it stafc gets outsorced.

Location is good, property is accessable by public transport.

Clean and neat . Laundry facility was really helpful .

Shops nearby close very early in the evening

The check in was clear and quick which was a relief from our 3 hour journey. The building is set in a quite neighbourhood in Lucerne which made us feel safe plus it was near the Stadium that supposedly plays International matches which was a bonus. The security we felt was like nothing else. The location of the building was perfect since we could easily use the bus transport to get to various parts of Lucerne as it was only a 2 min walk to the bus stop. When we checked in the room was clean and ready for our stay.

The laundry was a shock since they expected us to bring our own detergent and as first-time travellers we did not quite expect that. The wifi was not working on the last day of our stay and we contacted the staff to fix it but they said that it was too late to call someone (it was around 10). The single bed had some or the issue with it, even when I sat on it, it just collapsed so we used the double bed and the sofa bed which sufficed. Apart from these minor issues, the stay was great, the view from the balcony was splendid.
