The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and nicely presented. Nice room and very pleasant premises. Friendly hosts.

Lovely staff, stylish room, walk in shower, lovely garden, great breakfast, welcome pack with useful information. Everything in other reviews is true. Great location for seafront walks and local restaurants. Deserves its rating!

The breakfast was wonderful, Lee was a very personable man. The service was excellent, the staff and hosts could not have been more helpful. Very quiet rooms . Close to the beach, secure parking, and permit parking available.

Location was great. It was quiet but only a short walk to town. Our room was really nice and the bed was super comfy.
Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

Our spacious room had a great view onto the Green and the sea. It was great to have on site parking thought the space was a little tight but we managed.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was absolutely perfect.
The rooms are beautiful, cleaned every day and tea/coffee replenished.
Run by family who love the Lodge and more importantly are pleased to welcome you into their home and treat you like a member of the family.
Tillly the sausage queen dog is beautiful and a real asset to the lodge.
Lee the owneri is head chef, gardener and DIY expert and is always there to help or advise if needed, assisted by his Mom in the kitchen each morning to serve up delicious full english breakfasts cooked to order.
I can not recommend the Altonlea lodge highly enough.

Lovely house and garden and a great location. Lee and the staff were fantastic, really made you feel at home, very helpful and obliging, breakfast was 10/10, would definitely stay again, thanks again guys.
