Characterful property in a lovely setting. Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent - certainly not standard pub grub!

Shower room was tiny

The food was exceptional and the staff were lovely. Surrounding area is breathtaking and the bar area was relaxing.

Sadly due to the age of the building our room was noisy.

The staff were all great and went out of their way to make our stay special. The attention to detail was great and made for a really special stay. The room we had was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a lovely view (despite the rain). The bathroom was large, spacious and clean. The food in the pub was really great and the beer was well kept. It was also nice to see that they had a real, local cider on the handpull too. So glad we stayed and we will definitely be returning in the future.

I didn't stay for longer. There's so much to explore.
