Gym is not working , spa is not working , the Room Was very cold, there was no hot water in the bathroom, i couldn’t take a shower :( I think for the this hotel prices are so expensive

The complex offers a lot of possibilities. Outside pool for adults and another one for children is maybe the main plus regarding the hotel. The rooms are good also.

The staff could be a little bit more customer-minded and smile a little bit more. The breakfast is also poor although he is included in the price of the room.

Traveled from USA to visit our family in Kharkiv. Loved the quality and decor of our 1 bedroom suite. We had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good and quality of food at the restaurant was great. We enjoyed all the spa activities and the pool. Rented an outside cabana near the pool which made our afternoon comfortable. Wait staff was always there to refresh our drinks and food orders. Will not look elsewhere when revisiting the area again next time! Thank you Hotel Misto! :) -Ron & Tetiana Kramer

Could use a little more glasses cups and dishes in the kitchen area. Hotel staff was great and delivered us the extra dishes we needed promptly.

Super nice staff. Access to the pool and facilities included. The location is a bit off the grid but very good restaurants can be reached by a short walk. To be discovered. Trouve.

The Facilities are outstanding , clean area , clean hotel , greeted by the hotel manager. The room is quite big as well and really quiet even we were on the ground floor. (pool , gym , outdoor pool , alot of greenery)
