Amazing views of the snow capped mountains from the terrace. The house is very nice and perfect for our family of four. Cute and homely feel to the house, made us feel at home.

Hot water for shower got over because of overnight heating and limited hot water. The staff was helpful in helping us manually switch on heating so we could get hot water after a couple of hours. The property management needs a lot of cleaning to be done before checkout and the checkout timing is super early so it was quite a hassle to clean up the house and checkout by 9.45am.

The view, size of apartment and fireplace were just fantastic

The veranda overlooks such excellent panoramic views. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and having an elevator was convenient.

The beds are not comfortable

Place is very good, spacious apartment, nice view, indoor parking, location about 15-20 min walking to the center, 8 min to nearest grocery. Apartment fully equipped.

No A/C or fan. The weather was a bit warm in August (not normal in Grindelwald). No complimentary capsule.

The apartment is very comfortable and very clean. It is located near the "Terminal" and Grund train/gondola stations which makes it easy to take the train or the gondola to Jungfrau and other places on that side of town.

Everything was great! The check-in and out went very quickly, the staff was very kind. The location is great in summer, but in winter it is not so comfy with the ski and skiboots to walk. It is approx. 10 mins walk far away from Grund trainstation, from the main station is arround 15-20 mins by foot. It is not flat one way or an other :) After the check out I got back the 300CHF deposit in the next 2weeks without any problem. The apartmant looks really like on the pictures.
