The only reason I didn’t give this property a 10 is because it is a bit expensive - especially as I had to pay the Chilean tax which increased the price by 19% - this is the only time in Chile I had to pay this tax on accommodation. We loved this place - the setting is lovely and tranquil with views of the surrounding mountains. The house was charming and comfortable. There were unexpected benefits like free drinking water and cleaning everyday. We literally loved everything about it. It was also nice to be out of town - although only a 5 minute drive away. Alejandra has great suggestions as to what to do while in town. Honestly everything was great. Just to note we had a 4 wheel drive car and some previous reviews had said this was necessary to access the property - I don’t think it was, you could access it just fine with a bit of careful driving in any car. In saying that a 4 wheel drive meant we could visit all the nearby sites by ourselves and didn’t need to take any tours which made things a lot easier.
