Extremely clean room and bathroom. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. Lovely comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. Very helpful, friendly staff member, Amanda, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Very generous here so great value. Great to sit in the sunny balcony overlooking sporting ground or walk to lovely marina. Main street with hotels walkable although a hill is involved.

The staff were friendly, check in was easy and there was flexibility to those who arrived late. I loved the Spar bath as well.l.
Housekeeping is only available after 3 nights, no access to clean towels, tissue, tea or shampoo refills. I would advise that Aaron motels ensures that housekeeping is available everyday to their guests. They can increase the price by 10 dollars per night to accommodate daily house keeping.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also, the location is central to most things that were needed for us.

We always stay at the Aaron when in Townsville. The room was very clean with everything we needed including microwave and toaster. Staff friendly.
Wifi very poor in room 28 which is at the end of the row, upstairs and about as far away from the office as you could get. We always look forward to watching our favourite shows or a movie on Netflix when staying at the Aaron but this was not possible during this stay. Hopefully it will be better next time.

It was a little hard parking close with a boat so I could charge the electric motor but otherwise it was great. :)

Location, not far from main highway..
Parking was rather cramped but okay, had to delicately manouver into allocated space but okay.

It's old but has been given a modern facelift.

I absolutely love the facilities, lay out of the rooms and the staff are beyond amazing ! Stayed here with all my kids for my brothers wedding and I loved it . Will definable be back !

A return visit to the Aaron. We find it to be both comfortable and clean in a quiet location and excellent value for money.

Value for money. Staff were helpful and attempted to problem solve my wifi issue.
The Wifi signal was weak, possibly because so many people were using it. I needed it for work related reasons and that was my only issue.

the bottom sheet on the beds were very thin and bed a bit lumpy

basic comfortable room, had Netflix available which is something different.
stayed in room 1, only negative was when the bathroom window and the ability to see in when open/ see silouettes when the light was on from the drive way ( a lot of trades staying and the driveway/parking area was their meeting place)

close to the PCYC where we had a function to attend
the adjoining room was made up, but the sheets on the single bed where dirty and smelled not so good so we didn’t use that bed and there was a thawed out meat pie in the freezer as there was a power outage and some gross liquid in the bottom of fridge. This room looked made up but hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly, disappointed.

Friendly Staff with a smile. Comfortable beds. Plenty of information prepared for us neatly in a folder. Some welcome refreshments in the fridge. Everything we needed, electric jug, microwave, fridge. Quiet rooms.

The room was nice & tidy, bed was extremely comfortable& my wife loved the pillows. Parking was great.
