The location was convenient. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. The apartment was stylish and clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay and was very happy with our choice.

at our arrival we could contact anybody and waited several hours never reached anybody on the numbers provided talk to neighbours and they contacted the people cleaning who let us in that was very unpleasant !!

Loved the central location. Apartment is well appointed - Clean, spacious, with high end appliances and quality equipment making it easy to entertain up to 8 people. Friendly service from housekeeper and proactive communication from host / manager.
A challenge during our stay was load shedding level 6, which meant that we could not use all the wonderful equipment and aircons for extended time slots - no back-up power or gas for cooking, but we used braai / bbq.

The owner contacted me prior to arrival to assist on finding the venue and for hand over of the keys and to explain how everything works at the apartment. The apartment was at a perfect location walking distance to all the activities and to campus (where I attended a conference). Rooms and venue was very clean and had everything you needed, daily cleaning was also provided. Each room had its own bathroom. I prefer this venue for work travels as hotels dont provide the relaxed space for discussions after conference and quite areas when the day was done. The host was very helpful, and provided whatsapp contact details if ever there was an issue.
