Checkout too early

It is in the middle of the centre, hot water.

It was really loud sleeping next to the road in the middle of Nairobi centre, also the bed was not really good. But it was a cheap room so maybe that's what we should have expected. Also we left early but breakfast wasn't ready around 7 so we went out without.

Just love the customer service especially the receptionist she was really welcomimg i did enjoy my stay thank you .

Amenities for the room were not all placed .

Cleanliness of the room and even the beddings. The staff are normally very friendly and helpful.

The portions of servings in the meals that are served. There is need to increase the portions for the customers to get value for the money spent.

1.There is issue of warm water coming up at 3 floors very difficult to shower on your own time Nd the water it very little tis issues need to be sort out . 2. They have to paint the outside of the hotel the pictures that are posted from the website doesn't reflect the reality of the hotel from the outside. The hotel need to look clean from the outside. 3. As guest we re depending on WiFi while you re in the hotel to do same such about the city and where to go but there after 10pm the WiFi I off til 5h00 morning it doesn't make sense.
