Service vas great. Both mr. Wayan and Mrs. Yuli provided an exceptional service. I totally recommend. Mr Derna the driver was also very helpful and polite. I advise you to book the airport transfer with them to avoid any trouble when arriving in Bali. The cleaning was done daily. The beds are very comfy.

The location was good and the housekeeping personnel was very nice and diligent. She followed all of our instruction well and prepared nice breakfast for us. The property has good size and decor was interesting although a bit shabby and old.

The villa badly need renovation work and some minor remodeling. As is the rooms are very dark because the windows weren't constructed with glass panels. So if you want AC on they have to be closed. 2 of the 3 rooms AC is tens of years old and no longer able to cool the room at all. The swimming pool floor tiles have many cracks and dangerous and cut both of my daughter's feet when she played in it. The villa management responded with reducing the cost of 1 night stay from our 4 nights booking. The shower booth was also in need of major renovation. It is designed within a sunken bath tub which made showering a bit of a hassle because it is not constructed with ladder to help you climb down the tub. Lastly the car port cannot be used to park any car at all because the villa owner did not want to trim the vegetation that has taken over the car port and turn it into a dark and unusable space. So if you bring a car to this property good luck in finding parking space because the roads in front of the property are very narrow.
