Such a convenient location on the main street, close to the Ponte Negra beach, in walking distance to many restaraunts and services, It was super easy during carnaval to attend the concerts in the same neighborhood. The view to the ocean was just amazing. The room is incredibly comfortable, well-maintained and clean. Thank you to the host for this warm welcome and attention.
The wifi connection is weak.

Мне очень понравились эти апартаменты за мои 7 дней прибывания - 2 комнаты с кухней и большой ванной, безупречно чисто и очень всё удобно, здание охраняется, есть бассейн, вай-фай, свой большой балкон и конечно захватывающий вид на океан! Цена была очень дружелюбной для того, что квартира может предложить. Хост Алан этих апартаментов очень профессиональный, дружелюбный и гостеприимный, говорит по-английски, готов всегда помочь при необходимости! Он просто лучший хост! Апартаменты находятся в безопасном районе, через дорогу идти на пляж Понта Негра около 3 минут, всё в пошаговой доступности, рестораны, кафе, бары, магазины, спорт. зал и многое другое.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, el departamento está bien equipado y es muy bonito. Cerca de la playa y de la avenida principal. Comercios cerca.
Alain fue súper atento a nuestras necesidades y siempre disponible. Esperamos volver.

Shower did not drained, kitchen faucet fixtures very loose and not water.The refrigerator was dirty inside and out. Mattress was dirty and old , and not pillowcases.

You won't find a better location, it's safe and in the middle of restaurants and bars. We rarely had such a professional host - keep it up.

Great location with fantastic view of the beach. Regularly cleaned. Alain its always available and helpful. I'll be back for SURE! Best value for money property.

The location is great and the host is very attentive. It was easy to get hold of him and was always responsive. For example, there was a problem with the electricity that affected the whole block and he promptly contacted the supplier to fix the problem and kept in contact with us until the problem was solved.
There are some bars and pub pretty close to the building which make a bit of noise at night, usually up to 10~11 PM. It's annoying but tolerable.

Absolutely terrific stay at the Porto Imperial. Alain is a top notch host, met us and took the time to talk to us about the apartment and nearby area (he speaks great English). The apartment has a beautiful balcony view of Ponta Negra beach and all the amenities you could need. Very efficient wi-fi, reliable for work. Tons of restaurants, food trucks, and shopping in the area. You're only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I honestly couldn't think of staying anywhere else in this neighborhood and will definitely look for this listing whenever we return to Natal.

The location and the view are great!
The TV is not Smart tv, the phone in the room is not working, so you cannot talk with reception, also if you order food or receive a guest you need to communicate through your mobile phone.
We felt very bad after they get in the room without our agreement while we left for lunch. All our personal objects were exposed. We even got a very personal object missing after the cleaning. If you stay here, you MUST previously agree to have the cleaning in your presence or in a scheduled hour to avoid they surprisely get in the room in your absence.

The apartment was a home away from home for us. We had a stunning view of the famous sand dune and the sea from our balcony so it was lovely to sit out there in the morning and take it all in.
The apartment matches the photos perfectly and was spotlessly clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen so its perfect for a long stay if you want to cook your own meals.
Alain and his wife are amazing hosts. They are very friendly and gave us great tips for the area.
We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay again if we returned to Natal.
