Just the location was good .
We were in room 6 7.30pm Friday night check in had a bad smell old dusty smell even on the couch , had my nephew with me who has bad asthma told the owner I need to either check out now or is there another room . At first she said no other room then I said well we are checking out . Then she said ohh no come take a look at room 11 much newer carpet etc we were okay wihh th it until we had a shower and then notice there was a leak we ended up checking out early Monday morning like 4am , wasn’t offered any refund or compensation and I didn’t think we should have had to ask for one . $510 for 3 night stay don’t think I’ll stay here again .

The spa wasn't working, the t.v reception was crap. There was mince stuck in the sink down the plug hole which stunk.

Location was great. Beds were comfy and having the pool open was good entertainment for the kids. Jenny was amazing.
The toilet space was not "plus size" friendly. Some handles missing off the windows. The WiFi was not the greatest. We were in the very end unit and it kept disconnecting.

I loved how there were electric blankets for use during winter and the beds were super comfy and there was plenty of storage space and the location of motel was in a nice and quiet area and close to town, the hospital and shops etc.
I didn't like how small the shower was as I am definitely on the bigger side so a bit more room would have been amazing. Also, the body wash/shampoo that was provided wasn't very good, didn't really get soapy enough to use properly and also the pump for the body wash/shampoo should be lowered so children can reach it cause my 6 year old could not reach it when he had a shower. Also, it would be great if Milk was provided beforehand and already in fridge to use and also a bigger amount would have been great as we only got enough for two cups of coffee and there was 3 people.

Clean, tidy and very warm as being in the middle of winter. Had all I needed to house 2 adults and 3 grandchildren for 2 nights.
Wifi was our downfall. Reception for wifi was totally off may need a upgrade or better service provider.

Rooms, bed was a spring matress!!!!pool was green(its summer?). And appeared to be used for emergency housing as a lot of people staying seemed to know each other well, they were up late with tv going loud.
