Zaměstnanec, kterému voláte, aby Vás pustil do domu, asi neměl zrovna 2x dobrou náladu. Na pokoji vybité baterie v ovladačích k televizi a v hlavicích topení (v pokoji chladno). Po výměně baterií v ovladači televize stejně bez signálu, baterky jsme alespoň použili do hlavic topení, aby bylo tepleji. Nábytek staršího data, ze stropu trčelo světlo. Protože to bylo na jednu noc a díky “dobré”náladě zaměstnance, jsem nic nechtěl ani řešit. Na jednu noc, když přijedete večer asi stačí.

Minor. We arrived at night in the dark and it was not immediately clear where the appartments were. Once you know where it is it is very clear. Maybe a sentence on the site that you can see the name of the appartments on the door might help?

Ample space. Clean. Washing machine.

Well, WhatsApp maybe an easier way for communication.

A great location, very close to the city centre and yet, quite a calm area at night time. Very clean apartment and the whole building. Plenty of room inside the apartment and comfortable beds, with nice towels provided.

It was unacceptable to have 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people spending 5 days at the apartment. There was no spare paper provided and we had to buy our own. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The owner is selling wine, yet, there wasn't a single set of wine glasses provided, but a handful of completely different glasses, which again, in such a famous wine region isn't acceptable. The frying pan was with one handle missing, so difficult to use. The car park wasn't anywhere close to fit my expectations. It was an extremely tight underground car park that required manoeuvring at the entrance and leaving with any longer than a small city car. There was no coffee machine, which nowadays is a must and it is not a piece of costly equipment. The owner wrote that is expecting 10 stars rating, but despite the car park which isn't possible to amend, he could easily earn 9 stars if did such small investments in the basic kitchen equipment and provided spare toilet paper... which sounds like a joke, while it wasn't funny for us.

host was very helpful no problems

It was easy to collect keys on arrival, we just had to call the host. All the info was also sent before the arrival and the check-in of guests was possible online. Locations was great, close to main station and city center.

At least one of the beds was squeaking a bit loud.
