Absolutely on of the best views from our room. The management staff did their best to make our short stay a pleasant one. Look forward to returning and spending more time exploring this area.

Parking was available, but in short supply.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff at the cafe were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. We loved the accommodations, the location, the view & the town. Stefano and Fabrizio were really good hosts and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location. easy access to restaurants, friendly crowd. not hard to get to Rome via bus and train

no hot water first night, and couldn’t find Ac control. once found, AC sounded like a jet engine!! A but hard to find - would recommend owner shares a google map pin location and an explanation to park in the public car park around the corner

amazing view, great location

Great location overlooking the lake, less than 5 minute walk to the waterfront with a good nightlife, but was nice and quiet at night. really nice breakfast from the cafe just across from the apartment that was included, and they are happy to let you bring the breakfast across to eat on the terrace. Room was a decent size for a family of 4 with private bathroom, and shared kitchen was useful. Owner and assistant very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Right at the entrance of the old town. Lovely view from the terrace. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and modern bathroom. Overall 10/10

As the kitchen is common area cleaning practices and frequency might be improved.

It is in a very lovely position overlooking the lake and there’s a pretty area to sit outside and have a meal. Very helpful owner.

Fabulous location, right in the center of Anguillara Sabazia. Breakfast included at the bar in the square just below the apartment which is super convenient and really nice to have. Easy access to all of the bars and restaurants of the town. The apartment has two terraces available as common use, gorgeous view of the lake and they are both hit with sun throughout the day - definitely the best part of our stay!

Hot water didn't work one of the days we were in the structure, the owner helped fix that day and it was running later in the evening. The kitchen area needs some TLC, faucet was broken. The city itself is quiet, no noise to be heard from outside, but inside it's easy to hear other guests.

It was located right in the entrance of the old town. Beautiful view on the lake. It was clean, comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.
