The best was the view. It’s a shame it was cloudy and raining. Definitely it would be better with a sunny day.
The breakfast was amazing, big variety of food.
They didn’t let me know it advanced that I needed a code to access through a barrier. But I called to tue hotel and they gave it right away.
They don’t have a restaurant, so you need to go out for dinner.

1. No mini fridge in the room. We were staying in the hotel for 6 days and needed to have lunch (breakfast in the hotel, dinner in the village restaurant). We have bought products but as there wasn't a mini fridge, we couldn't keep them at the right temperature.
2. (Minor) No teapot. It's possible to get coffee or tea for breakfast but not in the room.
3. Almost no places where to eat in the village. There is a restaurant in the Fines Hotel (we had dinner there almost every evening except Wednesday when the restaurant was suddenly closed and we had to find another place to eat in another hotel upper by the street). But this is not because of the hotel, just people should be aware of it and plan the trip accordingly.

Totally overpriced room. Old, small, bathroom is in bad condition. Friends in same time in centre got new, bigger room for less money.. Really dissapointed with that

Great value for money, exceptionally clean family-owned B&B. The view outside the hotel is spectacular, we chose it primarily for its location close to the hiking trail and for the room rate. The breakfast was great too. Recommended.

The apartment is very new, comfortable and have everything we want. The location is great, just 20 minutes walk to St. Maddalena Church and the panoramic viewpoint (which is very beautiful!)

we had an one bedroom suite with two balconies. the view from the balconies are fantastic. many picturesque sitting spots to enjoy the mountain view throughout the hotel. The facility and building is new and modern. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking utensils. 40 mins drive to Ortisei where we took cable cars to Seceda and Alpe De Suisi. People worked there were super friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed their farm animals and playing with their cats. it’s definitely one of our favorite two hotels in recent years. the other one was a chalet we rented in Wengen, Switzerland.

one of the best stay during our trip in Italy . the room we stayed in was new and had a very pleasant oak wood smell. there’s a window with an exact photo frame view of the flowers outside , the balcony overlooks the valley. we went during low peak, the walk around the property was pleasant and we could return to our room whenever we felt like. not to mention , it has one of the best view of the mountains! the breakfast included homemade bread , butter , yoghurt , strong coffee, etc…we looked forward to waking up everyday. will definitely return for a longer stay next time .
there is no tea/coffee making facility in our room . not an issue if you don’t need it though

you’ll be hard pressed to find a better location than Proihof hotel.
Located in the heart of Villnöß, the views in all directions are astonishing. A short walk away from church of St Magdalena and the church of St John, as well as the Panoramaweg / Magdalenaweg.
I believe the property is family-owned, all of whom were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was unrivalled, the building offers rustic charm with the comfort of modern facilities and the surrounding views are the best I’ve ever seen.
Our stay at the Proihof was exceptional, and we’re already discussing our return :)
Not a negative, but the location means that you’ll need to research nearby amenities, such as shops and restaurants, especially during the off-season. Upon your arrival, you’ll be given a handbook to guide you though!

We absolutely loved the spacious apartment that is wonderfully designed and has beautiful views from the windows! loved also the four cats and we were able to hang out with them in the pasture. the heating system was perfect and we felt so comfortable in the apartment throughout.

Absolutely stunning property with amazing views, plenty of parking, beautiful, cosy but spacious rooms, lovely the modern bathroom and beautiful terrace/balcony. We booked this last minute and it massively exceeded all our expectations!
