angajații extrem extrem de slab Calificați , nu știau ce au de facut , nu erau amabili , erau nervoși și depășiți de situatie și nu se simtea prezenta unui sef care sa-i coorordoneze și sa se asigure ca totul se întâmpla conform procedurilor

This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff is so nice. The room is very big with an enormous walk-in shower and a beautiful sunken bath. The bed was more than comfortable. The gym was great. I didn't even try the pool, I was so busy enjoying everything. Really loved my stay here.

looks clean. reception staffs were polite.
no proper business Center. business Center is a table next to the reception front desk. absolutely no privacy. first time seeing this in a 5 star hotel. room is very dark.

The staff is very thoughtful and react fast. When I told them I will leave early morning on the day I check out, they immediately told me that they can pack breakfast for me, that makes me really like being home !
There is partition between toilet and shower space, feel a bit confined when using toilet.

Great location, with subway right outside the door. Fantastic pool and fitness facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, of which most spoke at least some English. Loved the tea set in the room (my wife cared more for the bathtub which had it's own TV). Lots of small details that make the stay more enjoyable. And at the price we paid a real steal!
The air condition was tricky to operate. Produced 25 degrees instead of the 22 we wanted. Was fixed by the friendly staff.
