The first impression was good, there was INTENTION of good service

Very rude outbreak from receptionist; demanding not only REQUESTING me to photograph my iPhone charging equipment in order to try accuse me of their own mistake, the facility HAS TO CLEAN/inspect rooms before re-sale. This was not done. I left next morning never return 👎🏽 UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, not properly educated staff.

it was quiet and had a family feeling to it calming and location was good, the staff was amazing, no complaints , customer service was exceptional

room for improvement

The location is close to most most key places in the city. The rooms were bigger with enough space, very clean toilet with all utilities. Beautiful garden around the hotel, one can sit and refresh The staff were so kind and helping.

really loved my overall stay with them. the room was as expected and very friendly and helpful staff. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and we really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel during our stay. I would like to request the management to improve a bit in the food quality at the restaurant.

Service was great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room service was good breakfast options were ok. Great location, front door access to bajaji and local street vendors. Food, fresh fruit and juice options across the street. Highly recommend!

Very clean, quiet and safe hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Lovely garden. Laundry needs to be improved a bit but it's not a big deal. Neat rooms with comfortable beds and enough space for a standard room if you stay 2 days.

A gym would be highly appreciated.

Lovely staff and nice sized room. I only stayed for one night before flying home but very little to complain about. For the price its a decent stay. Breakfast was nice, I also ate there in the evening and the food was lovely! I'd return if Im ever back.

A minor thing but some of the pillows had seen better days. Probably time for an upgrade as there were a few marks on them which could be a little off-putting. Easily fixed though!
