Das Appartement war heruntergekommen und nicht sauber. Wir haben uns vor der Wohnung so geekelt, dass wir in einem nahegelegenen Hotel gebucht haben und von der Ferienwohnung wieder abgereist sind. Das Gespräch mit den Vermietern war von diesen sehr aggressiv und beleidigend geführt. Meine schriftliche Reklamation bei Belvilla wurde bis jetzt noch nicht beantwortet.

Impossible to get in contact with the host/caretaker to inform them of flight delays due to the ridiculous check in time of 4-6pm. I arrived at 1130pm. The wrong house number, it was 43 not 41,, the caretaker is in 45, so I annoyed the neighbour thinking it was the accommodation.. Considering I was there for 11 nights, there was no extra clean linen for the beds or was any offered. I Had to wash them, drying was difficult, no dryer. Information in the apartment was only in German, being Europe there should be the other major languages of French, English and Spanish. Google translator was helpful. Checkout was 9 to 10am, the caretaker was out so left the keys on the mat. I saw him twice in 11 days. My daughter who speaks the language was not able to come, So my advice is if not German or fluent in the language don't stay here.
