The staff here asked us to wait for check in even though we reached at 4.30 pm as they said no rooms are ready although we hd a prior booking done a long time ago.
Also the lady at reception was really rude. She gave us wrong information to mislead us & spoiled up our two days in kuta.They were okay with other indonesian tourists but they treated us in a very degrading manner.Never felt so alienated like ths bfr in any foreign countries. They dont hv much options for vegetarians. We had some worst experience of bali staying here and wont recommend it to any indians to visit ths hotel.Although hotel rooms were okay and clean.

Wonderful staff.. from the Reception to kitchen even the cleaners ! Always a smile and a Hello..and always helpful... 😊

The location of the hotel is good. Easier to commute to all major spots.
The room was small and not clean. There was dampness and mold smell in the room.

Location close to the airport
We booked a superior room based on the photos. The room was small with not enough lighting and with mosquitoes, the latch on the bathroom door was rusted and jammed.

Location was perfect along with the price for our stay that kick started to our happy, fun and enjoyable time in Bali.
Staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs during our stay.
Loved the services provided to our room. Really made us special and relaxed.
Just the continuous leaking of water in the bathroom area. Right at entrance as you go into the bathroom and comes out into main entrance to room.
A good maintenance job us needed to get this fixed up.
We used our bath towels every day to dry this up.

Hmm, no comments I do not like this hotel at all. Almost all staff offer you to do or to buy things for the sake of the benefits. But once we ask for help especially the male staff (the receptionist) was very harsh.

Staff is very friendly and gave excellent service. They are a true asset to the hotel. They go out of their way to help you.
Or aircon didn't work properly even after they supposedly looked at it. The room is full of cockroaches. Bed is very uncomfortable. Food choices are very limited and is always cold. Drink choices are limited. Pool is not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean
and tidy. Staff was welcoming. We really loved
the breakfast. The mini mart at the hotel was
really convenient.
The room could be made a bit more appealing
like by fixing the wallpaper, fixing broken tiles
and cleaning the couch. The couch looked and
felt dirty.

The staff was the kindest and most helpful staff ever, the breakfast was amazing and in every morning they asked us if we wanted fresh fried eggs or scrambled or omelets and the chef prepared them to us right away. They also made us breakfast bowls after request because we had a very early flight in the morning and they generally helped us with everything. The room was very clean, the pool was very nice and they cleaned our room every day! Looking forward to come back, thank you for everything.

Location is good if you want to go to uluwatu and sanur without changing the hotel. Super friendly staff with great advices.
The bathroom was problematic. Mold in the corner, sink didn't open after closing. Odd smell in the room when AC was turned off.
Breakfast with concentrated orange juice (not fresh one). Also no gloves provided for the buffet (corona)
