Breakfast ,kind staff, the view

No air conditioner but the weather was cold enough

姉のが住んでいる家の近くなので、選んだ。レマン湖の前で良い。スーパーが沢山あるのも、便利。ジュネーヴまで、電車ですぐ。

以前にも宿泊したけれど、冷蔵庫がないのが残念。四つ星と言われてるけど、それはないと思った。空調が、コントロールされていて、暑かった。

Location in Versoix is nice and hotel has clean, high-quality facilities. But see "warm room/stagnant air" issue noted below. Addressing the issue could significantly improve level of comfort of guests.

It would be nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The thermostat in the room could not be adjusted, likely because of the energy-conscious town and country. However, the air in the room became stagnant during the night. It is so nice to have fresh air. I understand the safety issues with windows that open. But hotels should think of a way to solve this problem. There was also some confusion about difference between "petit dejeuner" and "full breakfast" in this hotel. For those unfamiliar with "petit dejeuner," I suggest the hotel has something printed out so guests can understand. I must confess that after traveling 2 weeks in Switzerland and staying at many hotels, the concept of "petit dejeuner" used at Lake Geneva was not used anywhere else. All other hotels simply had a "full breakfast" included in the rate, which I think provides a better experience for guests.

The scenery from the windows were breathtaking. The restaurant was delicious and the service was outstanding.

There is no water kettle, thus a suggestion to provide water kettle .
