Host was very friendly and apartment was very clean and we love their laundry machine and dryer. It was really convenient to stay with family.

central location free parking
but the car cannot be too big. net nkt go through the gate. a normal sedan no problem .
need to climb a few flights. it’s ok for us. but if you are on wheelchair or too old. you may not be suitable

The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and more. The space was cozy, well decorated and it made us feel right at home. The location is also very very good and being able to park the car at the premises was a big bonus. Right outside was the Como old town, so you are never too far from anything, such as good food and good wine.

We loved the location, the bath, the shower, the beams, the space, the comfy beds and pillows. Everything really! Sveva has thought of every little detail and she is on hand for advice if needed.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! The host was very helpful and replied quickly when needed.
The mattresses were a bit hard, but that’s a personal preference :-)

Perfect welcome by Sveva (in time, easy to find, perfect parking facilities). The appartment is in the historic centre of Como and very easy to find. The appartment is spacious and very comfortable. You can walk directly to the lake and all the other sightseeing monuments. If needed you can have breakfast just at the corner (50m). Excellent choice for a couple of days in Como.

Place is beautiful. Great location. Nice 3 bedrooms for all. Sveva is great - a very helpful host. Place is beautifully done.
