Good location, pretty quiet at night.

The place run out of hot water after one shower in the morning. The staff was unable to help with the issue, saying only that “you need to wait”. After half an hour we still didn’t have any hot water. It is difficult to justify why we would stay again or recommend the place… unless of course you prefer to have cold showers only…

The accomodation is in very nice surroundings, next to a forest. There is a fast flow creek next to the apartmanhotel, therefore on that side is not completely quiet. If you are looking for that kind of tranquillity, want to leave the window open, you may better ask for a room on the other side. The room is well-equipped, the TV was smart. The skilift is very close. They have storage rooms to store skis, sledges, etc. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open in mid-March, but there are a few good restaurants nearby (mainly driving distance). There is a small bar in Fatrapark 1. For kids, there is a play corner in the lobby. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Great Breakfast, although you have to pay 9 € extra, but that's worth it. Super great for kids, play area is there and people are friendly. Perfect location-- 2 Minutes walking from the ski rentals and lift. All in all, was perfect!

In reception nobody was able to speak English The fridge is super noisy and it is very close to the bed… It is quite difficult to find the apartment, the apartment is not in front of the lake, it is some minutes away by walk (what a pitty). In booking there are pictures of the lake but again, the apartment is not in front of the lake. The AC is not working, quite warm inside the rooms during the day, at night you can open the windows as there are good mosquito screens.

Very friendly staff, apartment comfy, equiped enough for a short stay.

• Very dirty carpet (moquette). Have a look in the photos. • Disaster smell in the room. Obviously it was from a dog. We understand that the property is pet-friendly (and we like it), but the carpets should be cleaned thoroughly after a dog's stay. • Sofa bed impossible to sleep. Very uncomfortable. Maximum 2 persons can sleep in the room, however the bed is also quite uncomfortable (very soft matress). • Broken shower holder (however, it was fixes the 2nd day, following our complain). • Blocked draining system in the shower. So, he always had a small pool in the shower (this was not possible to be fixed). • Disturbance from neighboring rooms. The sound insulation is absent. • Ridiculously small variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. No bread or soft drinks (not even tap water!!!) are included in the buffet dinner. • You could not find food if you go relatively "late" for breakfast (e.g. 9:30, when the breakfast is served till 10:30). We had even been advised by the receptionist to wake up early ("thank you", but I am on holidays!) and go for breakfast as early as possible, in order to have something to eat! • Extremely high price for the buffet breakfast (7 €/person) or dinner (10 €/person).
