Yes. The Hostel is new/renovated. No, it's not "boutique"

Do NOT use the Self-check in Option. I had to open the door for a girl that was left outside because of this system. Communication = zero after 18.00. She even called the "Emergency" Telefon. Which was disconnected. Also.. At 3am there was someone ringing the bell for hours. (Again self check in problem maybe?) The Rooms are OK. No AC or heating. The Lockers do not close correctly. Just 2 Power Outlets per Room. Towels are extra . Shampoo/Soap is extra. Leaving your bagage for 1hour or 6 hours cost extra!! I mean.. For the Price I would expect there things to be included.

Location is amazing, it's just a few steps away from main square.

Towels!! You needed to rent towels for 2.5€. As a backpack traveller i never cared about taking a towel with me, but from now i will be paying attention to that when choosing a stay.

The room was not that clean. It was very warm in the room despite it being winter and the air-con wouldn’t work, I suspect it was just blowing hot air. The kitchen was also not open.

I've been there twice a few years ago and the place looked much better. This time facilities were partially broken (no toilet sit, no door handle). No one came to fix them for the whole week.

A highly affordable hostel in the heart of Perugia. The beds have curtains for your privacy and sleeping comfort, with their own lights and power outlets. The place was clean and quiet.

When I arrived it turned out the kitchen was under construction, which not only meant that you couldn't cook your own meals and didn't have access to a fridge to store things in, but also left the hostel without a good place to socialize and meet your fellow travelers. Then when I went for a shower the water heater wasn't working, so the only option was to take an icy shower in winter time. It's probably a better experience once the kitchen is finished and the warm water situation addressed, certainly given the cheap price.

The room was equipped of 7/8 triple decker beds. This information was not clearly showed on the reservation details. In addition a cover picture of a private room was there for misleading you.

Quiet and clean hostel

The manager dealt with all problems on the spot and resolved them (Wifi connection, extra blankets)

The price and location are good, the hostel is also very pretty. The staff was welcoming and friendly!

There was mold in the room and in the bathroom (quite a lot in both) and the doors were hard to open as they stuck to the floor (installed wrong?)

At dormytory guests was noisy talking, calling, door closing and etc. till 1am. When processing the check in, please remind to guest with panelty. Must be strong policy in hostel.

Staff was kind.

On booking.com, the check-in timing is 1pm. check-out is 11:00am. Upon reaching the property, the staff mentioned that the owner had not yet changed the check-in timing to 3pm. This is 2 hours apart!!! Actual check-out timing was 10:30am. Extremely short-staff, 1 lady taking care all the entire property. This resulted in the check-in timing stretched to 4:30pm. Now, this is 3:30 hours apart from the proposed (contracted) 1pm check-in. Horrible, horrible, horrible location. Just outside a small parking lot and trattoria, there were people drinking until the wee hours - 3am. Thank god that my hostel experiences taught me to use airpods + music. Didn’t even have a water kettle! Staff was kind but seriously, poor her. EXTREMELY short-staffed.
