Car parking sinage for Hotel tenant shoul be cleared label or displayed as to confuse mix up with non tenant.

The staff didn’t really read my request thru my booking.I mentioned room with city view,he just gave me room without view,so frustrated.

Broken tv(blurr) remote tv no function, wifi very slow. Room 310/ breakfast time, the softboiled egg not wash properly, dirty egg, not wash properly. The rest just fine.

the tv didnt work, have to change to another room. the iron doesnt work well, the sink and shower head need maintenance. the kabinet door need to be maintain. please inform in the social media or customer if the swimming pool is closed

The price of staying there is not suitable. That will be my first and last. Very hot. The aircon amd facilities inside the room is worst. Didnt expect that to have or feel to stay there by having a nice cold/chill room. Broken facilities such as the door closer, no iron for ironing Broken safebox. Seriously its the worst

upgrade on the maintenance. especially safety terms. wardrobe broke and 1 piece of the wood fall down while i was opening the door. luckily no kids near the wardrobe. and also the hanging under the tv about to fall.
