The bed!!! Most comfortable bed of my 3 week trip so far. So close to the beach and everything else. Friendly helpful staff. The blue lighting in the room was a trip. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again - I stayed longer than I had booked for.

When you opened the taps there was a hardcore sewage smell for about a minute but then after that it went away. Was pretty gross haha but that's my only complaint!

Probably one of the best locations for a hotel - right in between the beach and the walking streets. The pool had a lot of lounge chairs so you always could find a spot.

The bedroom was outdated and the bathroom at times smelled stale / like sewer. The shower was one of those walk in styles so the water would fill about half the washroom (past the toilet). The air conditioning took a long time to work as well.

The bathroom needs a renovation, you have to hold the shower and use just one hand to actually shower. The breakfast could have more options.

we stayed here before and it was nice however this time we were given an extremely small bathroom with a balcony opposite a building so close we could touch the neighbours. the beds were very hard and there was lots of mosquitos

Very clean, lovely breakfast, staff were all so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and rooms cleaned every day.

It’s very noisy but didn’t bother us- if you want somewhere very quiet stay away from the pier.

Room was pretty clean, pool area was nice but the location was the show stopper, right in the centre of where you want to be - but it’s not loud in the evening.

A little pricey in regards to what else you could book, but I suppose you book for the location and pool area.

This place was lovely. Everyone we met were friendly and kind. The bed was very hard, so that made sleeping difficult. I will be coming back for sure. Thanks for all your kindness

the location is 5 min walk from the main pier , its in the middle of the city yet you dont get all the noise in your room

Our second stay was also very good. This time we had a room in a different building with an even better bathroom (bigger shower). Breakfast was delicious(again).

The coffee machine didn't work but luckily they always have a fresh brew ready on the stove. Due to a communication error we checked out way earlier than we had to to catch the ferry and had to kill an hour down on the pier with all the shops closed (no toilet, no WiFi to plan the upcoming travel)

When booking the hotel room I payed for breakfast included and later on I texted the hotel to ask for an extra bed. They told me that they could add it but when I got to the hotel for the check-in they were reluctant to put the extra bed in our room and ask us to go check the room and see how much space there was. I told it was fine but they were still reluctant to give us the extra bed. As they asked me to pay for the extra bed they told us that that bed did not include breakfast, which was the first time that ever happened to any of us. We were 3 but only 2 could have breakfast. As for the staying itself, the extra bed is no bed, just an camping maitrisse on the floor, the actual bed was very stiff/hard, and unconfortable. The water on the shower has no pressure and you cannot regulate the temperature, only open and close it. As for the breakfast, is really simple, without variety.

The room was clean and beautiful. There is a spacious balcony with a possibility to hang clothes. Good lighting concept. Just a short walk to the beach and viewpoints. Close to shops and restaurants. You can book tours right at reception. The pool is fantastic. They serve breakfast buffet with many options and good sized cups (not the really small ones that are empty after one sip)

We couldn't really work the AC.

If you like party all night, this hotel is right address. the location is in the heart of the action.

Air condition is under the bed and it is not comfortable. If you want peace by night, you will not get it in this hotel. The beach is close to this hotel and party stops at 3 a.m.

I would not recommend. we meant to stay two nights and checked out after the first night. The most hard uncomfortable bed that had stained and holes in the sheets. dirty bathroom with scum on the tiles, rusted taps, flies in the room, broken sealed bottles water… just a no and to top it off the most unhelpful, rude manager called Nattacha!! would not recommended!
