Fuimos para cuatro días y con uno solo tuvimos suficiente. La cama sucia, falta de detalles, la pata del somier rota, la silla deteriorada, no olía bien, la habitación ruidosa porque es una planta baja exterior que da a la calle y oyes pasar a la gente y hablar. El gerente se molestó cuando solicitamos explicaciones. No nos devolvieron el dinero a pesar de sólo estar una noche. Y lo peor, cuando dijimos que nos íbamos, solo querían saber a qué hora para volver a alquilar la habitación. Lamentable que se preste un servicio tan pésimo al cliente. Hay sitios mucho más baratos y de calidad. Para pensárselo!

Comfortable and attractive. The host went out of his way to provide coffee first thing in the morning, even though the included breakfast was in a nearby restaurant and not at the facility.

Clean and spacious room with cosy beds. There is a pizzeria just across the street, and a beach within 10min walk. Really good deal for a day or two.

Upon arrival we found out the room and especially the bathroom were not suitable for a wheelchair user although we got a confirmation about this. Even the bed was too high. We had a very unpleasant conversation with the owner on this subject. In the end however he offered his excuses more than once. The included breakfast at a nearby bakery consisted of only 1 coffee and 1 croissant OR rosticceria. In the morning the street was very noisy.

When we arrived, we parked in the spot with the white lines and called the manager. He arrived within minutes with the key, and showed us the room. The room's door opens directly to the street. The place seems recently renovated. Nice foam mattress. Air conditioner. Big shower. Mini fridge. Two layers of doors make the room pretty quiet for being right on a downtown central street. Owner speaks English well for those who need it. Everything is in walking distance - beach, downtown dining and shopping, historical sites, and self-service laundry if you bring your own detergent.
