no breakfast, location was fine, quite central. Not a great view across the road but ok still. Quite new and very clean.

We were put in a disabled room, which we did not request. The only problem with that was from the plans on the back of the door (fire exit details) it is apparrant that the the diabled rooms have less kitchen facilies (as the layout is different due to a bigger bathroom) I was a little disappointed as I had seen the photos for a regular room and was not told we would be in the disabled room. I think we may have less easy chairs too due to the smaller bedroom area (we only had one). Not deail breaking issues and I think the motel was full, so perhaps this was the only room available.

A very central location, and relatively quiet. The view of the creek was nice. The staff at reception were fabulous - friendly, understanding, and quick to solve issues.

It's obvious that the room had been cleaned, but the room stank of cleaning products. The fumes were overpowering even after hours with the door open. They need to a) tone down the products they're using or b) look for alternative (more natural) products or c) rinse surfaces and air the room after cleaning.

Cleanliness great staff attitude it was so great we stayed another night in the balcony spa rooms....fantastic modern place! Thank you x

It was a super comfortable bed! It was a very clean and quiet property. The receptionist was super helpful in letting us check in earlier. I will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom rather cramped. Not much space to hang towels. Shower door wouldn’t close properly. No dedicated parking spot.
