Nice little hotel that offers really good value when looking for a place to sleep in Lugano. Located 10 mins away from the city centre by foot, it's a great option to avoid the insanely high prices of other smaller hotels in the area. Rooms are good and the beds are super comfy!

Great hotel close to the city center with good breakfast and friendly staff.

Modern and clean hotel. The room was rather big and well equipped.

- Location is great for the university, but as a tourist one might prefer a more central location. It is however an easy walk to the lake. - There is no 24 concierge.

Best stay in our trip to Switzerland. Very clean room/bathroom which makes the biggest difference! Great breakfast!

The hotel is newly renovated. We stayed 4 nights, all staffs there were friendly and professional, especially the lady serviced in the breakfast restaurant was fabulous. The rooms are clean and in good size. Good sound insulation, very quite at night.

Bed in one of the rooms too small and only one mattress so every movement was felt by other person. Mattress too firm for our liking. Other room was fantastic!

Everything was clean. Hotel is very well located. Their stuff was very nice. We were able to leave our car in the garage after our check out (as long as we wanted).

It was not easy to communicate with everyone at the reception, either in English or German. In addition, their garage, or rather the entrance garage, is so narrow that if I decide to come to Lugano by car next time, I will unfortunately have to find another hotel.

It is modern and I like the decor. the staff is friendly and it is just a short walk to town.

The fact that there are no rooms with a bathtub

Modern confortable hotel with a spacious rooms (even singles), located 10-15min walk from the lake and 20 min from the train station (walking) and spotlessly clean. It was my second time staying here and will definitely come back again.

Great breakfast, very Nice staff.

Rebecca, the receptionist at night shifts, is very sweet and thoughtful. We asked her for a few restaurant suggestions and they were all excellent. She recommended restaurants with her own experience (she is from south of Italy so she is a real foodie) and she always checked with us if we were happy with her choices. She was also helpful in arranging car park, introducing bike rental and other stuff. She made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Indeed staff in this hotel are all super friendly.

We were very happy with the stay but it would be better if there was a bar area at the lobby so that we could have a drink before heading out for dinner.
