Friendly people. Enjoyed the stay

Compare to last year the food wasnot that good. The meat was too dry. Pizza was good

the bed wasn't comfortable. it was to soft which may cause back pain. I have to spend the night on the other bed which was a little bid satisfactory

The room is spacious and we happened to have a driveway which was convenient. Plus a private pool which is awesome. Also, all staff members were very friendly. And having a respectful and helpful security guard at night was also very nice. Breakfast was also good. A bit pricey though. The service to drive you to your room after check-in is also great.

For the price, the value is a bit disappointing. Both the trash bin in the bathroom and in the kitchen were broken so you had to open it by touching the lid which is very unhygienic. The overall cleanliness was poorly. The AC blows right on the bed. There is no proper lighting in the bathroom. The pillows were not comfortable. No large mirror and no tv in the room.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of ítem to choose from! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The airconditioning in the apt worked very well, especially on very hot days!

The wifi and Internet connection did not work properly in apt # 3220. They were constantly disconnected, what made our stay quite frustrating, not being able to use our mobile phones and ipads! We reported the issue to the frontdesk attendant, however it was not resolved during our stay. There was connection though in the reception área and the restaurants.

I liked everything,the staff,the villa and the service

the staff at the gate and reception were really nice. The room was great aswell

The restaurant was run terribly, our meals took 45 minutes to be served and we were the only table there(for good reason we learned). At happy hour they tried to get you to pay full price and you had to ask for the happy hour prices. The staff didn't seem to enjoy their job and they also didn't care about providing good service because 15% service charge was included anyway. We and other guests we spoke to recommand you drive elsewhere to eat, you will be better served and proberly be done quicker, cheaper and with better food

Free regular shuttles to Mambo Beach and Punda, Willemstad. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. We cooked our breakfast ourselves in our kitchen.

Suggest Acoya should consider adding the following facilities, Airport Shuttle either reasonable priced better than a taxi or free. Several BBQ locations on the property. Several Laundry facilities onsite. Larger dresser drawers for two in each bedroom, ATM onsite, at least one 120V adapter hardwired in the room for North Americans, wristband door keys instead of cards,

good parking space clean and nice pool

nobody brought new bags or so to throw away luckily I brought my own bags
