Location from venue was ok but did not realise it was a motorway hotel. Staff were friendly but that was it.

Location, not that clean, no soap, bed was ridiculously hard terrible sleep and outside constant noise music playing. Sadly won’t ever be staying again.

It was reasonably priced and dog friendly. In a good location for our overnight stop. It was clean and comfortable, and even though there is a truck stop close by it was very quiet. Plenty of places to get food etc in the services next door

Cleanliness of room and corridors. Mattress was comfortable, radiator in the room was small, but warmed the room up pretty quickly.

There were no hygiene bags in the bathroom, the packet was empty. I would have liked a cup so that I could take my tablets. If there was a tea/coffee machine in the building, I didn't see it. My wife and I would also have liked either a second pillow or a thicker single one.

Really lovely staff! We managed to get a slightly earlier check-in. They were very helpful whenever we encountered a problem. Fine for what we needed.

It seemed our room was missing a lot when we arrived. There was no plug for the bath so we had to request one. The tv remote also didn’t work so we had to ask for batteries and for them to unlock the back as it needed a screwdriver. No kettle and no tea & coffee making facilities. Bath was the smallest I’ve ever seen and very shallow. Very basic hotel.

From the second we stepped into the property there was a feeling of unease. the receptionist was nice enough but seemed to be more interested in telling us her life story other than discussing the room we where booking. She also made a comment of how we would need two separate beds even though we where a couple (both females). The room was absolutely disgusting and the sofa cushions where saturated in what I can only imagine being blood. There was clumps of dark hair all over the floor that didn’t look clean at all. the bathroom was vile, marks and burns all over the bath. We decided not to stay at all and left swiftly avoiding the receptionist.

I liked the fact there was food and drink facilities on your doorstep

the beds were horrific,that’s not a exaggeration,I’m in no way stuck up and can slum it anyway but omg the sofa bed was horrific full of stains I’m sure one was blood,and the double mattress serious it’s a solid block,just solid no give at all,no tea coffee in the room and one flat pillow each
