The place has a magical atmosphere, made in an ancient farm completely renewed. The hosts manage to make you feel at home and you always have the feeling of being at your own place. Breakfast is outstanding with home made food.

It is hard to find something bad about this place. On the road to reach it, there are a couple of curves which are a bit dangerous. The window in the bathroom was a bit hard to reach and the light of the bathroom is outside of the bathroom (ideal for practical jokes).

Quinta de Seves is an old, beautifully renovated farm run by the friendly and always in-for-a-chat Almeida Garrett family. The Quinta is very well maintained, clean and an exceptional oasis of tranquility at the foot of the Serra da Estrella national park. We really enjoyed our stay ! We were treated with a very good breakfast with plenty of choices and also a tasting of the family's wines in the Quinta's garden, during which one of the family members gave an explanation of the family's history. The Quinta is perfectly located to e.g. discover the nearby Serra da Estrella, the town of Covilhã or just to walk around in the surrounding vineyards. We would definitely come back here !

Stunning old house which has been beautifully renovated & filled with gorgeous antique furniture. The most delicious breakfast served outside in the garden & Joseph is an exceptional host. It’s a perfect spot to base yourself & go explore the amazing towns of Monsanto & Sortelha.

We absolutely loved the place. It's outside of the city, in a very quiet place, surrounded by a fruit trees and tiny forest. You can walk around the farm and look at the pomegranates and oranges on the trees - awesome. The house in which we stayed is beautiful and comfortable. You can easily see how much work and care the owners put into renovating and maintenance. You have there everything what you need. Rooms are upstairs and downstairs there is a common area with sofas, dining table and even a small kitchen that you can hide. If you want to go in a bigger group of friends, it's perfect for this. Quinta de Seves is definitely a place to come back again.

This is an old family farm which has been recently renovated to create a beautiful and comfortable space. We had a comfortable, nicely styled bedroom with lovely views of the surrounding woodland and as no-one else came that evening, a gorgeous living/dining room with an open fire to ourselves . Breakfast in the morning was outstanding and all freshly prepared.

We had an amazing stay here . The host Joseph was super friendly and helpful , we cycle toured so didn’t have a car yet he dropped us off at the local restaurant and picked us up for the two nights we were there . The room was perfect , the whole Villa and grounds beautiful with an amazing pool . Breakfast was outstanding . One of the best places we have ever stayed in !

A beautifully done up and well maintained quaint property. Rooms were clean, well appointed. Jose and his mother were fantastic hosts and made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. I would recommend this property strongly and will definitely go back

The building and surroundings are really beautiful, a renovated old traditional farmhouse. The swimming pool is really sunny and very clean. The owner was amazing, so hospitable and helpful, and finally the breakfast was really special with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden.

We stayed at Quinta de Seven for 3 days, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The house is gorgeous, the nature is beautiful as well. It is very close to Covilhã (10 min drive give or take) but you are 100% in nature, a calm and peaceful environment. Great taste in decoration, breakfast was incredible, it was all wonderful. Everything! The family that runs Quinta de Seves are the most caring hosts you will probably ever come across, as their hospitality is something that puts to shame most accommodations. The breakfast and overall food quality is also exceptional. Lastly, the location of Quinta de Seves is both beautiful and peaceful, so it's a perfect place to relax and rest.
