We loved the place. We don't have any complaint. Everything was perfect, thank you guys for an excellent service and all the well maintained the facilities. We hope to come back pretty soon.

Service staff were polite and responsive. Divemaster Yant was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Restaurant was good.

We had a wonderful stay (5 days) Starting, the communication with the hotel is very easy and friendly. We used the pick up service (2ways) which was also very practical. The diving center is great! We did our advanced PADI and enriched air certificate here it was amazing. Very professional staff with lot of experience and also funny. The diving sites are also beautiful. The restaurant in the hotel has very good prices and the food (local and international) was also delicious. The resort amenities, the rooms are very clean and new. The spa Service and massage were also very good. Everything worked perfectly. We'll certainly recommend this place we loved it.

The internet connection could be a bit faster

The dive team was absolutely amazing! Recommended for divers that want to explore many different dive sites in close proximity. The regular hotel staff was really nice and friendly

Had to switch from a bungalow to a room because the AC unit was too loud. Cleaning could have been better--there were dead bugs/residue in the bathroom. I killed a few mosquitos on the bathroom vanity and they were there my entire stay...so the daily cleanings were not so great either.

One thing we liked the most about the hotel was the fact that they offered scuba diving sessions right at the resort. The sessions were very well organised and targeted to one’s individual needs. Very friendly and helpful diving instructor. The individual villas were spacious and clean. In addition, it is possible to hire a driver directly from the hotel in case you would like to go to Amed or other destinations in the vicinity. Definitely a recommendable spot to stay if you plan to go scuba diving.

Fantastic resort with great diving straight from the shore, especially if you are into macro things and love underwater photography. The pool and villas are great, and definitely something a non diver would appreciate as well. Highly recommended!

Wifi in the villas could be stronger, but for most it will be good enough. I was working during my stay and used a Telkomsel 4G SIM with great results, good coverage and speeds.

There are no restaurants and nightlife facilities around(It is also good to me), but the resort has clean and safe facilities right in front of the sea. The staff are friendly and the diving center is reasonably very well run. The wifi in the room was good enough during my visit, contrary to some complaints.

I've patiently waited literally for years until the borders were opened up so that I could travel 11,000km+ to this lovely place again and stayed for another 10 nights. It is true, the location is quiet, kinda remote, which makes it easy to relax at the pool, on the beach, in the spa or in the resort's restaurant with its kind employees, always with a stunning view to Mt. Agung in the background. Underwater it's just fabulous and you get something out of everything: wrecks, a great marine diversity (macro, small and big fish, turtles if you are lucky), healthy corals, etc. There are plenty of possibilities for diving such as shore dives, boat dives, drift dives. Everything's always perfectly prepared and arranged from the excellent, supportive and friendly staff. The hotel including the dive center is very well managed, I am looking forward to come again.

Nothing, it was all good for me.

Phenomenal experience in every way. The location was perfect. I originally intended on going on a few instructor escorted dives just for the experience, but instead went all in and got my PADI certification. Fantastic instruction. Great people. A complete gem.

I liked everything.

Everything was perfect, we have stayed in few different hotel during our stay in bali it was the best one so far. Room was clean, restaurant was very good with a wide range of choice. We have stayed in a bungalow in front of the swimming pool and the sea, so restful!!

Nothing everything was perfect

The rooms were huge and clean. We had the triple room which had a great view . The staff was amazing. I needed to see a doctor and the guy from the dive shop drove me into town at no charge and even translated for me. My wife did a refresher dive course and the quality of the instruction was excellent and fairly priced. I would highly recommend this place.

Not many dinning options within walking distance.

A bit far away from the city and the quality of the wifi was not excellent.

The property is beautiful and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and ready to help with anything. My wife loved her massage in the spa. They provided us a cot for our room which was extremely helpful to give our baby a place to play so we could relax a bit. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The food was decent and the pool was beautiful! We were lucky and had a pretty nice ocean breeze in the restaurant most meals. The dive team were extremely helpful and the dive guides were great at finding all of the little critters we wanted to see. My wife and I stayed in the resort when it was first opened years ago and I can say that the have definitely upped there game from our first experience.

The aircon wasn't very strong but not terrible.

the resort is beautiful, right in front of the beach where fishermen of the nearby village arrive with their daily catch giving the guests a glimpse of their lives. the landscape is dominated by the beautiful volcano. the staff is very competent and extremely welcoming. diving is superb and the diving team is very confident. we had a fabulous stay and we will be surely back

we actually lived all of it, no negative points

the view and location

the cleaning staff of the hotel was already in the room about to clean the room while the guests were still busy with checking out, another staff was running after us to ask for the key while we were still busy with putting luggages in our car. It gave us the feeling that they wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible:-)

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and well taken care of. Our dive instructor was awesome. Thank you for everything!

All around great service and very attentive.

A small gym would have been great

The perfect place if you truly want to get away from it all. I stayed for a week on stress leave & the stress melted away within the first 30 minutes of my stay. Check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced. I was out of the taxi and into my room within 3 minutes, which was greatly appreciated after a 2.5 hour taxi ride from the airport. The hotel makes transport from the airport easy too as they arranged a spacious, air-conditioned and water-stocked car to pick me up from the airport on arrival. The food is decent and while there is only one restaurant, the menu is extensive enough that you could eat lunch and dinner for over a week and never have the same thing twice. They also ordered in soy milk especially for me when they said they didn't have any. From the wait staff, to the gardeners and room cleaners the staff are also beautiful human beings and will always smile and say hello to you. Nicole, the resort manager will also ensure you are well taken care of and treats you like a friend. She also took an active role in helping me to get my Open Water Diving Ticket. Initially I had only planned to do a single 'try-dive' but she encouraged me to get my full license which was not only much better value but now allows me to dive anywhere in the world. I'm so happy I came away with this and it really made my stay here that much more valuable. As for the diving, I was lucky enough to have Bella as my instructor and I was taught by myself. The benefit of being at a more remote resort means that your dive groups will always be small ensuring you get more dive time and attention if you are doing a course. Bella was an incredible instructor and made the process not only painless but a lot of fun too. You'd be hard-pressed to find much better dive sites around the world. The coral and the colourful marine life are right on the doorstep of the resort; the US shipwreck and other dive sites within a 10 min drive.

The location of the resort isn't the best as there isn't too much else around the area to do. However, if you just want to chill out and do some diving and snorkeling, there probably isn't a better place in Bali. I stayed at the resort for 5 full days and had everything I needed. On my last day, the hotel arranged for the hire of a scooter and I rode to Amed Beach which is roughly a 25 minute ride from the resort. Amed is a beautiful place, has plenty of restaurants and you can also book a ferry to the Gilli Islands from here. There were more tourists here but it is still so much quieter than Kuta or Seminyak.

From the pick up at the airport, late night check in, dive sessions, all our meals, trip to Mount Batur ~ everything was taken care of meticulously. Definitely a class of its own in customer service.
