This accommodation has it's own free car parking, which is a superb thing in this town, and the road to the location is easy. Generally, you should know that the roads in Ulcinj are nightmare for car drivers. I also liked the kitchenette, you can prepare your breakfast or lunch. And, there is a supermarket in 30m distance.

Nothing about the accommodation generally. However, I would say I didn't like the road from the apartment to the city center and the pine forest. The road has no sidewalk for pedestrians, so you deal with stupid drivers that seem like they want to drive over you. Also, while you walk you get by a few disgusting tavernas. The Kosovska road from the apartment to the city center is definitely ugly.

Excellent breakfasts, in terms of taste as well as a wide selection. The hotel is located relatively close to the city center, while on the exceptionally nice sandy beach you can relax a few kilometers from the city.

Existing showers are not the peak of modern technology.

The location is around 1km to the midtown, and beach. Really close to 2small market, with good prices. Comfortable big rooms, with bathroom, and corner kitchen.Really clean rooms,Aircondition, wifi, terrace, 10/10. I have been at lots of countries and hotels/apartments. But this was the top for me. I have spent 7days with the large family, 16people, and we all been thankful. I hope all the best for the owner, and for Casa Pineta. You are doing really well, and I hope we visit again in couple of years!

I cannot mention anything bad. All was perfect, kindly people. I have fully respect for them.

Casa Pineta is great. Sabina the host is even better, she was always there when we needee something and even did more than she is suppoused to, just to help us out. I really recomment the place!
