amazing view in the morning if you go upstairs to the pool, and very close to the water so you can’t take a walk

it’s not the best location, a bit of a walk from town and no restaurants/shops around. in summer it would be fine, but I was a solo traveller in November so it was dark really early. note that this side of town gets morning sun but nothing all afternoon as the hills surrounding Kotor are so high.

The location was the best possible. I was literally just a few yards from the beach and the view from my balcony was unreal. I was a 5 minute walk along the shore to the old town.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Balcony is definitely the greatest asset for a wine in the evening. Restaurants in front of the place are delicious. Staff is very friendly. Amazing place. Walkable distance to Kotor old town.

Ceiling are kind of low at some parts. Bunch of stair to go up are not convenient to carry luggage.

The view! The terrace was just perfect to sit and watch the boats go by on the bay. The location is perfect, to the left the old town is ten minutes away, the beach two minutes. The best part is in the opposite direction - recommend hiring a bike to explore the bay, it’s stunning. Lots of good affordable restaurants or take out places on the doorstep. Extremely clean, great Wifi, good kitchen facilities and Anita is very kind.

The music from the bars across the road can sometimes be a bit loud.

Guesthouse Anita was excellent, it was really clear and tidy. It’s location is amazing , you can walk to old town , beach , bus station, markets just 10 minutes. I mean it’s close to everywhere . Anita’s hospitality is also amazing , she is really kind and helpful. Lastly , I fell in love with balcony view. I can sit all day the balcony , it was really impressive. Bonus ,you can find iron and hair dryer at the rooms. If I go to Kotor again, my place to stay will definitely be Guesthouse Anita. Thanks for everything Anita 🤍

Perfect location, good facilities.

Anita&Marko are very attentative and helpful in any matter. The appartment is complete and easily accessible to the beaches, Old Wall and shopping centres. There's even private parking.

The location is spot on. Have a great harbour view from the balcony. We can have a swim in the sea by crossing across the road. Lots of bars and restaurant and plenty of night life and music. Room is sound proofed so we can sleep without the noise from the busy street.

The room is rather small and so are the twin beds. The TV only has 2 English channels so we really did not watch anything. There is a common kitchen area but only 1 saucepan and 1 frypan provided. We suggest Anita provides guests with a microwave so that they can at least heat up the food. It is impossible to cook with only 1 saucepan and 1 frypan

Beautiful house on the sea. Our host was really friendly and gave us points what to see and do in Kotor. Room was clean, balcony view amazing, WiFi strong. Even though we stayed only one night we had a fairly positive experience with Kotor and host of Guesthouse Anita.

There is no parking at the Guesthouse so you can only park your car in a one-way street which is usually full.

Seaview is perfect. Very close to old city. Anita is very friendly and helpful.

The view is amazing and the place is comfortable. Location is perfect, near to shops and old town and of course the beach. It has nice restaurants nearby too. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.

lovely staff, great location, super clean, nice view, everything works as it should, street parking is nice and easy if not enough room in the hotel park - can leave car all day for free, ten minutes walk to town

smokers on the next balcony and also noise from their room - obs not the fault of the property owners but something to consider if you’re looking for tranquility - there’s also a bit of background street noise as you are right above cafes etc but that didn’t bother us and you can’t hear that when the door is closed to sleep

Parking on the street wasn't so comfortable for me. I expected to park inside but there was no option. Owner wasn't very happy to see us. Maybe he got a bad day. It happen.
