The location was fabulous.the sunsets amazing.

We wd have appreciated the little extras that this type of accommodation usually offers eg a cozy rug on the tiled floor@some cushions on the lounge.also shampoo@tissues in the bathroom We also found the space in the 2 queen bedrooms very tight for adults to comfortably move around.

The amount of entertainment options for kids and families and the extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the cabin - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen suited us and it was nice to sit on the verandah The staff in reception were lovely and the yard staff friendly

I was totally surprised the reception staff were nice because the few times I spoke to someone on the phone - they were abrupt and not so friendly. We were not happy with the couch in the cabin…unfortunately not very comfortable and I’ll know next time to ask to be near the pool..I swam a lot but it was a bit of a walk for an old girl like me 😆 Not your fault - but a man walked into the pool to almost waist height and proceeded to take out his privates and wee in the water 😳 then went to play with his children. Good example. By the time I got out to wrap a towel around and go to report him..he was out and walking away.. As I say - not the parks fault but I didn’t go back to the pool after that

Our travel plans were changed, and we need to stay in the Riverland for one night on very short notice. This park, where we had stayed before, was the only place with availability. The cabin was very new, just one row back from the river (with a view between the two cabins in front of us) and was very comfortable indeed. The tim tams in the fridge were a bonus! We pass through the Riverland quite often, and will definitely return to this Big4 for a multi-night stay.

That you couldn't book the gokarts etc by phone, I had to keep walking to reception (over 10x)
