We loved the location by the beach. The room was clean. Great viewfrom the balcony. Great breakfast. Good value for the money.
The bed was not comfortable. The mattress could be improved on. Late night noise on our floor unacceptable. No way to contact staff other than going down all the stairs to the lobby as there was no phone in our room and no elevator.

The hotel was super, very clean, close to the beach. breakfast was also good.
I would appreciate also some gluten free / lactose free options at breakfast. I would recommend fixing the door at balcony as it was hard to close.

Very pleasant staff. Great location with a nice side view to the beach. Reasonable price. Breakfast with a wide variety of fresh products and a professional barista. Free of charge printing service.
3rd floor room with no elevator.
Room and toilet more basic than the pictures on booking.com.
The balcony and rooftop terrace need some love.

Great location- less than 50m from the beach. Private parking. Delicious breakfasts. Good price. Very nice staff.
No shower cubicle in the bathroom, which was inconvinient (bathroom was wet in a moment).

Really close to the beach, nice, clean rooms. I think it is a family-owned small hotel, and the owners are really helpful, friendly people. For a seaside holiday, it is perfect.

Very nice atmosphere. Hotel is nexy to the beach. Nice brekfast and excellent coffee. We'll be back for sure ;-)

Super nice crew of the hotel, ready to help in any problem. Very nice breakfast including plant milk, lots of italian sweets, fruits, sausages, hams and bread.
Air conditioner works great, towels changes everyday and also room is cleaned every single day.
Room isn't big, but it is very clean and nice with a balcony (our was with sea view).
There are many beachclub around but if you want to use nice public beach there's very nice few km further - in Lido di Classe.

Excellent and accommodating too. Cot available at no extra cost, parking great and close to beach. Lovely outside area where toddlers could explore with no danger.

Shower in the middle of the bathroom (without cabin) means that the entire bathroom is flooded when you shower.
