The room was on a high floor with balconies and wonderful views towards the mountains. There was a spacious kitchenette, dining table and chairs that can easily accommodate a meal in. Free secured parking is available and concierge was always available and friendly.

Very minor - included buffet breakfast had limited options as pastry baskets, hot food and milk were not readily replenished. Clean tables were hard to come by as used plates etc from previous diners were left uncleared.

Room was great size and room service was quick

Windows were thin so it was like we were inside the neighbours' New Year's eve party

The pool is exterior and not heated. The water can be extremely cold here.

Huge suites. No frills but comfortable and more than adequate. Good wifi.

Some food options were sub par. The congrio was bad. But the menu ejecutivo was good value and quite good.

The room is very good. Covid measures were taken seriously by the staff and the guests.

Most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel itself was located at a fairly good place.

Breakfast options were very limited and the quality was average. The rooms did not meet expectations. They were quite under par. Parking spaces were really small and quite non-existent.

The bed was comfortable

First of all the check in process was very impersonal and only one of your staff can speak English so it is also very hard to communicate. Secondly we wanted to go to the gym. We changed our clothes, came in a sporting outfit downstairs and asked where the gym was. When we got into the gym it appears that there is only 1 hometrainer and 1 treadmill. When my girlfriend wanted to use the treadmill it didn’t work, so she went to the reception again to ask how it works. Now they said that the treadmill isn’t working.. Why wasn’t this mentioned when we were at the reception 5 minutes before? And why is the gym with only a hometrainer and a treadmill? After having done a small work out we wanted to shower but there was only 1 big towel. I called the reception at 22:00 to ask if they could bring a towel, the guy at the reception said he would. 22:30PM there was still no towel so I called again. Then the guy from the reception didn’t understand me so I had to go down to get the towel myself.. I tried using the phone of the room but when I press 110, I get a voice saying that “the person that I called is unavailable”. So I used my own phone to call the hotel number. In the meantime our food was being delivered at 22:00. There was no cutlery with the food so we asked if they could bring it. The girl said that she would bring it directly. However it is now 23:00 but there is still no cutlery. Luckily we found a fork, knife and a spoon in the room which me and my girlfriend could share. Then last but not least, the wifi is slow and sometimes stops all of a sudden and the refrigerator is making some noise.

good building, comfortable 2 bedroom two bath apartment COncierge staff very nice, even though they had to receive all complaints for poor service.

VERY POOR SERVICE. breakfast was buffet but with hotel servers. the problem was that they were not at available buffet area, we needed to go to the kitchen to ask for service. this happen 4 of the 5 days we stayed there. we needed ICE in our apt, it took them ONE Hour to bring us 8 icecubes,..... no ice buckets Available, they brought it served on a fruit dish. AND THE WORST, ONE DAY WE DID NOT GET CLEANING SERVICE, when we arrived at 6pm and complained there was no one available to CLEAN ROOMS . all they said was, you can complaint by mailing our manager. Never heard from HER

Friendly and helpfull staff. A really good location, one of the feew good hotels in Copiapo city center. Rooms with modern bathroom and good pillows and confortable bed.
