Breakfast was international standard probably the one thing I enjoyed the most. View was okay. Linen was very clean, neat and well maintained .
There should be dedicated golf carts for the Private suite
Panoramic View One Bedroom Suite, value for money was limited - so much that the hotel doesn't provide which is considered international standard - our expectations where much high . The WhatsApp service takes time to respond - most of the time they forget the quests requests -

Dinner was slightly below expectations the first night but better the second night.

Excellent customer service!! Every single member of staff greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond our expectations. When we returned to the Four Seasons at the end of our trip, the hotel welcomed us back with a tray of beautiful, delicious cupcakes ("Welcome Back!" written in sprinkles) in our room.
NB The power went out nearly every night due to load shedding, but the generator kicked in within seconds each time.

Uncovered burning hot steel pipe in the bathroom by the toilet, thats a safety hazard and I burned myself multiple times.
The chicken at dinner was under cooked
The mash had a burned after taste
The truffles were a bit sour

Very friendly staff, very nice location, great terrace restaurant with nice view, village style, great breakfast, nice rooms with terraces overlooking Johannesburg

10/10 everything. We celebrated our honeymoon here and they couldn’t have treated us any better - got an upgrade to a beautiful room (highly recommend staying in 404-405!) with a stunning view! The honeymoon special turn down service, a completely surprise, was great with rose petals throughout the apartment. The restaurant for a sun down drink was amazing and the food in the evening too, especially the service in the restaurant. Don’t hesitate to treat yourself to a stay here!
The spa had a cold jacuzzi and the spa prices were extortionate compared to the rest of SA (but the therapist was great!)

A beautiful property and excellent restaurant.
A bit isolated so impossible to walk anywhere outside the property.
Staff was frequently distracted and chatting with each other; not as professional as other Ritz Carlton properties and sometimes unsure of basic information. perhaps additional training would be helpful.
