We were looking for clean, comfortable overnight motel style accommodation. We were in the more recently renovated wing. The room suited our needs and was quite roomy with table, chairs and lounge/settee. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Microwave plus well equipped with cutlery, range of plates and utensils. It passed the hook on the back of bathroom door test with my wife - so many don't. I cannot comment on the lesser priced rooms.

The motel is a little out from the Bowral shops and other attractions - vehicle needed.

The location is not too far from town. Check in was easy

We met our very friendly staff in both evening and morning. Helpful recommending where to eat in town. An upgrade to a very comfy suite. Clean and well kept. Excellent bed and spa bath.

TV was erratic getting it to stay on channel. Breakfast was not as good (white bread not wholemeal)

price and convenience

hot water took a very long time to get to our room

large comfortable bed, room was clean apart from split system

hand soap dispenser was on a wall over the bath, (nowhere near the vanity), could barely reach it without knocking your knees into the sharp corner of the tiled bath, split system was filthy and just poured out a lot of dust, not sure if the filters get cleaned

the staff were friendly and helpful. The owners remembered who we were. The rooms were clean and environmentally friendly.

We got what we paid for. It was our budget stay for the night while passing thru. Very nice lady running the place
